A date for delivery was sent through email which was fairly prompt. Using the tracker sent I was able to track delivery and this was very accurate. The delivery Driver contacted me when he was an hour away. When delivery was made the Driver was efficient and polite, everything was checked off, photographed and signed for. Quality piece of kit

Purchased multiple towers and access equipment from this company. Always good quality and great service. Had a faulty part recently, which they replaced immediately, no questions asked. Fantastic service.

Had a really good experience with Lewis Access after initially considering buying one of the cheap towers plastered all over Facebook, pleased I took the decision to buy a well built and brand new system. Really easy to assemble, good customer service from the team. Delivery took a little longer than ideal (2 weeks) but it was worth the wait!

Haven’t used the product yet but looks good. Nice to use a British made product and can’t fault the sales team who answered all my layman questions prior to purchasing without pushing for a sale. Many thanks
