Virtual Phone Number Syatem
Recently moved our Business location and contacted SBC to explain that we were moving away from Andover, but following a conversation with Ian, he convinced me to stay with them and take on one of their 'virtual phone number' packages. They set up the system and look care of recording our 'switchboard message'. Never looked back, system works great, SBC take care of call forwarding within the system when employees's are on holiday, what more can you ask for?

A simple solution to a WIFI requirement for our holiday cottage.
We had to provide wifi for a newly built holiday cottage about 200 yards from our house. BT were suggesting putting in a phone line and a pole and charging us a large sum. We contacted SBC and were pleased with the solution that they produced for us which was simple, unobtrusive and has been very effective for the people who have rented our cottage. We were pleased with the service provided by them and have recommended them to a number of our friends who have also used them.

We rarely need to contact them but when we do things get sorted. Beware of cheap imitations!

Fantastic service and local too!
We have been customers of SBC for a good number of years now. Our journey began with a call of desperation when our company telephone system died. We have used SBC for some years now, for our business phone lines, mobile contract and broadband. BT were our previous provider and we had experienced nothing but headaches in dealing with their call centres directly.
In comparison, SBC are a joy to deal with. Whether it's their install team or customer services/sales. They went the extra mile to help us when we had a few teething problems intially and we cannot recommend them enough.
The fact that they are local is the icing on the cake!

SBC - broadband AND excellent service
SBC was recommended to me a few years ago when I was having big problems accessing the internet in more than one room. They came, assessed, and conquered the problems and have kept us sane ever since. Great people with great solutions - a joy to deal with!
I’m very happy to hear that SBC also supply broadband - it’s possible to get the product AND actual support and help from one company. What’s not to like??

Simply Fantastic
What can I say about this company - If I could could give 10/10 I would! From the first phone call, to the meeting at my house with Paul, to discuss options, the lady's on reception, the fitting and the after sales care to download all the software onto my phone, iPad etc. Big shout out to the Munday brothers who put in all the cabling, friendly, tidy, quick and not a scrap of dust left behind. A huge thanks to Jack, who was incredibly patient with me - I am not the most technically minded person. The cameras are working fantastically and if an issue (I doubt there will be) I know they would come and help.
Companies like this are worth there waiting gold!

I cannot recommend SBC too highly; I have recently purchased an Apple SE phone from them and, although most of the transaction was done over the telephone, everything work out splendidly. Would not hesitate to use SBC again.
