SBC have looked after all of our phones and broadband for many years. They have moved offices three times and home once and kept us up to speed for our business each time - they just provide excellent service every time.

All in one package? no problem
We have Telephones, CCTV and Internet from SBC. Been with them for 10 years or more with no problems they could not solve very quickly. am very happy with the quality of product and service.

SBC provide a superb personalised service
SBC are always so helpful and efficient. I have been a customer for over 20 years. They understand my needs and sort out any technical issues or difficulties I may have.
I really appreciate that if my phone can’t be fixed straight away they lend me a phone.
A lot of the staff have been there for a long time so you really feel you know them and they know your needs. It is so lovely to have such a personalised service these days. Ian Milton has always been incredibly helpful and patient when I have any queries.

It’s SBC for me...wouldn’t go anywhere else!
If there is one company I couldn’t do without it’s SBC! They go over and above to help, and are a wealth of knowledge in their field! If they can’t help you with your tech issues, no one can! They are always very friendly and professional, from the receptionists through to the management and they all work as one team! Excellent service
We have been with SBC for many years and their business systems and customer service is second to none. As with all technology these days there can be the odd hiccup but SBC sorted any issues out without delay. Cannot rate them highly enough.
