Excellent workmanship
The Sash Window Workshop have excellent installers who do a very professional job. Shane installed French doors and windows in my home which fit perfectly and work perfectly. The double glazing keeps the cold out, and there’s no longer dust and dirt coming in from the street. Everything hinged on taking very exact measurements at the start.

Well Oiled Machine
We wanted to get double-glazing on the sash windows in our living room. We got 5 quotes and decided that the Sash Window Workshop were the best. The salesman, Daniel, really knew his stuff. He clearly has a real passion for all things wood-related. He suggested we replace the sashes only as the frame was still in good working order. The quote was roughly the same as other companies of similar quality gave. After the quote came the survey and after that the installation. There was good communication throughout and they are clearly very organised. They have good customer service and after-care. Installation was very efficient and we are delighted with the final product. So much so that we have decided to get more sashes replace with TSWW.

Excellent job
Totally satisfied with the quality of the works (manufacturing and installation). Their quotation was very thorough and without any hidden charges. The technicians arrived exactly on time on both dates/visits. On account of the existing windows construction additional lazer dimension measurements were required necessitating a second installation visit that was not anticipated until the existing window frame was partially removed. The technicians covered all existing room furniture with plastic dust sheets and were professional in their work as well as clearing afterwards. Manufacturers are strongly recommended and trustworthy.

Excellent service and product
Having already had some replacement double glazed sashes in our windows a few years ago, we have now had 2 sets of patio doors fitted into a new extension. Excellent help in working out the optimum design to suit the house of the late Victorian, early Edwardian period. The fitting team were again excellent, the doors were installed and look amazing, and everything left neat and tidy when complete. Excellent service and communication from start to finish. A visit to the workshop to see how they make the doors and windows is very informative and really worth taking the time.

Professional and effective
At all times professional and responsive the Sash Windows Workshop provided extra diagrams in support of our planning application for Conservation Area consent. They arrived on the due date with three, rather than the one fitter expected. The result was that they were finished and cleaned up shortly after lunch, rather than the three days expected. They were at all times courteous and professional.
The result exceeded our expectations, both in the veracity of their like-for-like re-creation of the original windows and in the effectiveness of the double glazing, draught proofing and burglar protection. We would use this firm again, but don't expect to have the need.

smooth sailing from start to finish
A truly excellent and delightful experience. I was a little concerned re the upheaval and whether there would be any issues, but at every stage the staff were obliging, informative and really helpful. The installation went well and was over in 2 days and a follow up problem was dealt with quickly and easily. Highly recommend!

Great customer service; gorgeous sash windows
I have now had my sash windows in place for a year and I am really pleased with them. They made a real difference to the warmth of my flat over the winter, I'm not troubled by sound from the busy road outside, and the also look fantastic! I was particularly grateful for the really excellent service I received. There had been a misunderstanding about design (my fault) and the company went over and above to resolve it so that I was happy with the end result. Everyone I dealt with was really pleasant and professional. I recommend them!

Installation engineers turned up exactly on time. They were very polite and made sure they understood the detail of the work to be undertaken. They left me informed of progress and any issues. Amazing quality and service
The company was very professional from first instruction to fitting. They provided excellent drawings to assist with historic building consent which very few companies do. When we received consent they provided an accurate date for installation and turned up to install early on the assigned date. The installer Ryan was efficient and did a marvellous job of installing the window into an uneven wall. The window is of beautiful quality and looks amazing in our new bathroom.

DANGEROUS Company Van Driver
Driver of Company Van MW23 OSF, horribly dangerous driver. Causing many dangerous situations driving on Motorway M4 into Bracknell using A329. Driver should be banned from driving and with that kind of behaviour I would never seek service from this company. Van registration has been reported to police for dangerous driving.

This is the second set of windows that we asked the Sash Window Workshop to replace. The survey was quick and thorough and well explained.
