Excellent buyer experience and service from James at Sarah Layton with a Hamilton watch order that I placed online. I wasn't 100% happy with the watch when it arrived and decided it wasn't for me but James was of exceptional help throughout the process and helped me choose another Hamilton and arranged for the return and exchange without any hassle. Really happy with the new watch and I can certainly recommend Sara Layton's to anyone.

Bought a lovely bracelet for a friend's birthday. Gentleman that served us was courteous friendly, knew the stock well. I love coming to the store, lots of varieties. Would recommend to anyone.

Warm welcome into a very inviting shop. Everything was beautifully displayed & I was taken by the young man to the Georg Jensen section. Very knowledgeable & friendly staff & I was able to try the reflection pendant onto my reflection chain but unfortunately it would not fit as the chain was too thick.
I looked for other options that might fit onto my chain. I purchased the Mobius pendant on a black leather as this did fit my chain. Ideally I would have liked a reflection pendant.
My purchase was beautifully wrapped ready for Christmas.
I shall definitely be going back to this excellent shop.
