My daughter had a cartilage piercing with a lovely piece of jewellery. James was very professional and efficient and said it was much less painful than she had imagined. She is delighted!

Accidentally brought wrong size
Accidentally brought wrong size, very easy to talk to customer service and they said I could send it back for the right one. Very quick and friendly customer service and got the ring back very quickly too. Thank you!

Sarah Layton NOT HELPING with…
Sarah Layton NOT resolving issue with UNDELIVERED ORDER
£306.00 Order Number SLJ97870
DPD driver have NOT delivered my order and they left the parcel somewhere around the building, and and forged FAKE signature of the concierge who is even NOT WORKING ON THAT DAY at all which is serious criminal offense.
Sarah Layton is arguing that putting fake signature and dumping their parcel anywhere in the building is delivered, so Sarah Layton will not refund which is completely unacceptable.
I have waited for 2 weeks to find my order but Sarah Layton responded that DPD left it somewhere in the building according to the GPS so it's delivered. How ridiculous? You are responsible for undelivered order !! Give my money back.

Excellent Customer Service
Apologies, mixed companies up for the review.
James, provided really good knowledgeable service and even went to the trouble of gift-wrapping our purchases.
We came to the store to look at a certain brand of jewellery and were impressed with the wide range of stock held, giving an excellent choice.
This was our 3rd set of purchases from yourselves and definitely will not be our last, I'll avoid my confusion in future.

I paid for Express delivery as there…
I paid for Express delivery as there was no other option, and it was delivered late five days later. I emailed you but you never responded, no great customer service.

I'm very sorry to hear you had a delay with your delivery. After investigating, I see your order was placed late on Saturday afternoon (23rd). As stated on our Delivery & Shipping page, we post online orders out Monday - Friday, so any orders placed over the weekend are shipped the next working day (Mondays except bank holidays). Your order was posted to you on Monday, 25th November via DPD using their express service. I can see from the tracking information provided by DPD that there was a short delay with your parcel (you should have received a notification from DPD regarding this), and your order was delivered at 10.01 am on Wednesday, 27th November.
We usually respond to customer queries within a few hours, but it's often quicker, so I was disheartened to hear you'd not received a response to your email. However, I have searched our email inbox, our online chat inbox and our WhatsApp messages and cannot find any correspondence from you regarding your order. Had we received your message, we would have tracked the parcel promptly and updated you accordingly. I hope this offers some clarification. Thank you for shopping with us, I do hope you enjoy your purchase.

Hi Brian, I have tried to contact you as I am very alarmed and disappointed to hear about the issues with your delivery. Your order was sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery with enhanced insurance. This is a fully tracked service which requires a signature upon delivery. Royal Mail states that Special Delivery parcels cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, so if you weren't available to sign for the parcel, it should have been taken back to your local delivery office and a calling card left for you to rearrange delivery or collection. However, the tracking details show that your postperson has signed for the delivery on your behalf, which is unacceptable and not the service we paid for. I have raised a complaint with Royal Mail regarding the matter and will update you once I hear back from them. I can only apologise that your parcel was left by Royal Mail, as this is not a true reflection of us, our family business and the service we offer. Rest assured, every order we send out uses a fully tracked and signed-for service. I am pleased that you found our team friendly and the ordering process easy and I do hope that the item is well-received by the recipient.
