Brilliant Customer Service
I was looking for matching earrings to a Vivienne Westwood necklace I bought years ago and was very pleased to find them at this lovely jewellers! So many exquisite items to suite many tastes, the customer service was very welcoming keeping me informed of my delivery (which was very quick) so I thoroughly recommend buying with confidence.

So disappointed
Thought by using a small run shop it would be far better. Had 2 items of jewellery on finance and returned 1. This was 7 weeks ago and confirmation of the return was emailed but still being charged as not cancelled through the finance company.
Emails are no longer being replied to and have spent over a month calling emailing trying to sort. To be told the company is in the same situation isn’t helpful when it isn’t the company paying for items they no longer have!
No idea what I can do and the finance company are in constant contact so a very expensive mistake.

Excellent service, great staff, beautiful jewellery
The staff are so friendly and helpful and it's a pleasure to shop there. There is something for every pocket and their jewellery is beautiful. They also do watches and other items. The showroom is immaculate and I would recommend them 100%. As a disabled shopper they always ensure I can be seated and make sure I'm comfortable. All in all a great shopping experience.

Birthday Present
Purchased a Hamilton Murph watch for my sons 21st as he is an avid Intersetellar fan. The purchase was painless from start to finish with regular updates as the watch was on back order. The watch was competently priced and arrived gift wrapped and perfectly packaged. I have no complaints at all. 5 stars all round. Thank you
