Very helpful answered all my questions. Explained how the phone worked and suggested the phone he thought would suit our needs. I am not good with technology but I managed to set the phone up without help. The loud ring and flashing light are great for our needs.

I received my audio splitter, it i was disappointed as one of the ports didn’t work contacted sarabec and waiting for another one to arrive.

Excellent service, very good product, does exactly as advertised. Bought the phone for elderly person in nursing home who cannot operate a mobile. This phone works just like his previous home landline.

If it not been for the time lost to the new year hold up it would have been a 10 when I opted to pay for express delivery. At time of writing, Sunday 5th January the appliance is due tomorrow, 6th Jan, I do hope so. having been without a working unit has been horrendous added to the death of my wife in the middle of December

Very good customer service from start to finish. The description of the product was clear and concise including technical detail. The equipment was very securely packed, and was received by Royal Mail tracked within 2 days. The instructions for use were excellent - I am in my 90's and even I could understand them so no problem in setting the equipment up. Absolutely delighted with it.

We have now purchased 3 communicators. I think the only fault is that the on-off is controlled by the rotary volume button. It would be easier if it just had a separate on-off button. Otherwise it is really good. Great for the elderly as many have hearing aids but stubbornly refuse to use them.

On the telephone I was given clear, correct, concise advise on how to find what I wanted. I was also advised on the benefits of using the internet. Having ordered my item was delivered promptly in a timely way. Finally my hearing loop worked well.

So helpful, patient, great deaf awareness. We can’t thank them enough for all their help.
