I had a really positive experience with Jennifer from Sands & Associates. From our very first call, she was kind, accommodating, and easy to talk to. I never once felt judged—instead, I felt a genuine willingness from her to listen and truly understand my situation.

At the beginning, everything felt overwhelming and almost impossible, but with the right guidance, things gradually fell into place. I’m so glad I pushed past the hesitation and made that first call. It was honestly embarrassing at first, but right after speaking with her, I felt an immediate sense of relief.

Now, that heaviness I carried for so long is gone, and I finally feel like I can plan my life with more clarity and confidence. I’m truly grateful to Jennifer and the whole team for their support and for giving us a chance to rebuild and move forward.
