Buyer beware

Buyer beware! Never got to use the lens. The iPhone 13 Pro case is defective and the lens would not screw in. Screwed in to the clip with zero issues. Case, no joy. Then trying to take the case off, it would not come off. I almost broke my phone trying to take it off. Busted my nails back so that was fun. Then the case corner snapped coming off. After using a myriad of iPhone cases over a decade, never once had this issue with a phone case. And now I have to wait god only knows how long for a email reply. Just go with another company and save yourself the hassle. It’s not worth it.

The company has awful customer service and I will never buy anything from them again!! It takes forever to hear back from them since you can only reach them by email, and even when they reach back, they provide one liner responses and most of the time they don’t even answer your questions at all. For example, I ordered an incorrect case from them so I contacted them to initiate an exchange. They never said whether they wanted the product back (they expect me to assume this is the case). They replied saying they will put a replacement for it. Then, I asked them if they could let me know when the replacement is shipped and if they could provide the tracking number. They responded saying a replacement has been placed and I should expect it the following week (never provided a tracking number). Following week goes by, I contacted them again and someone in the team responds saying the item was cancelled and is now out of stock.

I have an email thread from them consisting of 10 emails at least of going back and forth to them for clarification.

Also good luck if you want to initiate a return! I honestly was so fed up with them that I decided to return two lenses, the case and filter for a fulls refund since their communication was never clear and I didn’t know what to expect from this company. I spent well over $300 and didn’t feel this company was deserving of my hard earned money. Coincidentally I received attention once I filed a claim with my bank and reported their lack of customer support and willingness to resolve my issues.

I finally heard back from them and received four return labels to ship back the items I purchased. But I had to contact them again as each label has a separate RMA number so I’m not sure which label is for which order. The order number is not listed anywhere on the label and the body of the email doesn’t explain it either. So I reached back to them and I received a new email saying “ Thanks for reaching out! Can you please let us know how we can assist you?”

They are just so clueless 🤦🏻‍♀️

Go with polarpro or moment products instead. At least moment replies to their bad reviews here in Trustpilot.

Good products, horrible service…

Better than average low pricing for good quality products is my experience. However, customer service is a no show. Slow shipping (with credit given for supply chain issues today) but horrendous return policies. No phone number available and email is answered maybe once every 3 weeks.

Lack of proper costumer care

Bought an anamorphic lens. Got a case with it. Case is slightly too big so that the phone slides within the case. I addressed it numerous times just to know why that is. They never replied. I asked other things about the nature of the lens. But again they ignore it.
The anamorphic lens is okay.

It seems they only want to answer what is not compromising to their product.

Their cases are awful

Their cases are awful – had multiple replacements, but they still couldn't ship a good one. The lenses are ok, but I would definitely recommend going with the Moment instead. I've initially went with Sandmarc and boy it's a disappointing experience. The lens itself (Anamorphic) is ok, but be aware that it produces heavy vignetting with their ND filters. On top of that, Sandmarc doesn't allow any reviews on their website (which I tried multiple times). Bummer.

everything fine with sandmarc

The customer service was really helpful and friendly, lens and case (Macro lens with 12mini case - pro version) is looking really great and the material looks solid too. Shipment to Germany within four days.
