1st class service sort my mistake
I had accidentally ordered the wrong product. As soon as I realised I contacted Sandmarc help team. They didn’t fuss and sent me a new case straight away which arrived in 6 days which was first class bearing in mind they are in Western USA and I am in Eastern UK. They were prompt with replies and giving me a tracking. Really FIRST CLASS service
Superior quality and service
So I have all of the SANDMARC glass with the exception of the 1.55 anamorphic which I do plan of getting in the near future. I also use most of the filters I also have to Pro Case for the 14 Pro Max. The quality of the the glass filter is outstanding. I really enjoy the fact that the lenses screw onto the case and the filters screw onto the lenses. I think it is a brilliant concept. So the Mount on my case somehow became loose. I had not had it very long. But thank to SANDMARC’s awesome customer service, when I let them know, they promptly sent me a new case. I would gladly recommend SANDMARC to anyone looking to use their iPhone for photography and/or video. Thank you again SANDMARC!!!

I have ordered several of SANDMARC’s products and I have been more than pleased with the quality. But more importantly than that, their customer service is excellent. When a lanyard on one of my cases broke, they happily sent me a free (and more durable) replacement!

We ordered an iPhone Telephoto Lens kit and had an issue with the lens mount on the iPhone case. Sandmarc was happy to send a replacement case at no charge. Arrived with a spring missing but the team replaced it quickly and I had no issues with the band. Very pleased with how the watch looks.
Customer service is bad
Customer service is bad . I bought it for work and had it sent to my company / work of place . I emailed them stating I never received my package and the tracking stated it was left outside which we are a one standing building surrounded by retail and other business . Who leaves a package outside in this situation ? Well I emailed and their response was to check with usps and kindly ask my neighbors and make sure it was not dropped off at other houses? Clearly they did not read the email nor were willing to help.

The representative answered my plea for help on a weekend and the issue was quickly resolved. Bought tele lense, and leather case, to my Iphone 14 pro max, have tryed every single tips online. My phone zooms inn more without it. Love the leather case, but when you screw the lense on, it pushes the phone out of the case. Also I live in Norway, tax/fees was $70 on top of what I paid. And I splurged on express shipping, did a lot of research online, before I ordered, am disable, and this is not cheap for my inncomme. But I live beside a lake, where eagles are daily, and a deer family have moved into a three cluster right in front of us. And I wanted to be able to get good close ups. Turned out this was a really bad experience, maybe because I’m from another country🤷🏼♀️ But I strongly advice people from buying this if they have Iphone 14 Pro Max

Macro Lens
The first iPhone case I received did not fit. They sent a new one immediately. I bought the Macro lens and I am having fun taking pictures of the strangest things. The lens works well and if want to take pictures of small things with your iPhone, check it out.

Needed help from customer service and…
Needed help from customer service and to my surprise not only did I get a fast response but all was sent item needed to resolve issue within one week! I’ve tried 6 other titanium bands from ROBUST to LDFAS 1&2Gen and few others off Amazon. So when I say you get what you pay for it’s the honest truth from $29.95-$299. They are all good bands but quality is the amount of $ spent. If they had 3 versions of the ultra made with similar
materials but only one of they is Apple which one are you going with? The better Apple one! That’s why we all buy them.

Ordered a watch band for the iWatch…
Ordered a watch band for the iWatch Ultra which came very well packaged and very quick - I am located in Austria and package came within few days. The band itself is of great quality and the tool that came with it to adjust the band size was extremely helpful. Customer Service also worked very efficient, friendly and quick - I had a request after placing my order and they accommodated it very quickly.
All in all I can only recommend this shop.

Ordered a watch band that arrived a month late, missing pieces so it can’t even be used as a watch band. It’s basically a $300 paper weight with no response from support. Made in China, packaged in the USA so you would think the quality control would be there — it absolutely is not.
I also left a review on their actual website, and they are clearly only showing the 5 star reviews, which is extremely unethical and misleading to customers. My review still hasn’t shown up, unsurprisingly.
If SANDMARC reads this, don’t respond with a “we are experiencing a high order volume”. ALL companies doing e-commerce experience this.
Hire more people. Be better.
UPDATE: Got a new band sent to me, and all seems well. I’ll up the review to 3 stars simply because they won’t show critical reviews on their own website.
