Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and SUPER friendly. The facility was also set up well for covid control and cleanliness, making things quick and simple. Plus, they have music in the storage buildings which is a fun touch.

Sarah, the Manager, was very helpful. I had my household goods delivered and my storage wasn't big enough, I freaked out and having anxiety and Sarah help me. She was calm and negotiated for me with the delivery company and moved me to a bigger space. The grounds are well kept. Highly recommended if you are in the East Lake area.

I found Sorrento Mesa Self Storage online looking for the perfect price & location combo. The monthly rate was very competitive and the location is easily accessible from all directions.

My expectation was your basic, standard storage facility, but this place is over and above on the cleanliness and warm welcome. I worked with Brian and met Mary. Both were kind and helpful. Brian was actually vacuuming the front office when I arrived.

The unit, which is pristine, is just a steps away from where I will unload my car. Brian mentioned they walk through the facility daily, checking for units that might be unlocked, mislocked, or anything else that seems off. I definitely feel my unit will be watched and my things are safe.

The are also helpful with tips and have plenty of supplies you may have forgotten that would make your storage organization better.

This was easy, centrally located, excellent service, and it's a great value.
