Very happy with the Bath Panel, good quality just what we were looking for. Reason for 4 stars is item was not sent out in a timely fashion. Other than that would use again.

Order was held up due to the unavailability of one product. Was able to speak to someone and issue was resolved immediately by swapping to another product and order was dispatched. The ability to speak to someone was critical, as opposed to a bot or email which is all a lot of other companies offer

We have a very small bathroom so it was important to check dimensions before purchasing. Such details were not always present in the write up on the website but it was easy to ask a question and the answer was very prompt. Ordering process easy and timely delivery

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Our bathroom project was pushed back, and they were extremely accommodating, agreeing to hold the purchased stock until we were ready to proceed. There was an initial mix-up with the delivery, but this was rectified quickly and very professionally, with a next-day delivery arranged. Their flexibility, communication and willingness to help made the whole experience very easy. Highly recommended!

Excellent quality of products, packed well and delivered promptly. Also very good choice of products. Bought Heritage gold taps and toilet seat. No need for rather expensive next day delivery.

Sanctuary are one of the best bath stores out there. Prices are great but it's more the service. Good old fashioned personal customer service at it's best!

They stock hard to find items, like Villeroy boch pop up basin plugs and offer good deals.

Just perfect, ordered online had a phone call the next day asking which delivery day would be good for me.

I recently purchased a range of Crosswater MPRO products from Sanctuary Bathrooms. A week after the the bathroom installed, I woke to find the room flooded. The leak was coming from the Crosswater tap.
I contacted Sanctuary Bathrooms right away and provided a video of the leak. I was informed this would be passed on to the manufacturer, as despite being my point of sale and contract holder, Sanctuary Bathrooms claims to have no responsibility to provide me with a fit for purpose product and this is solely the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Its been over 2 weeks and I have not heard anything back from either the manufacture or Sanctuary Bathrooms.
I have had to replace the flex hose at my own cost which was the cause of the leak. The crimped edge on the hose had failed under pressure.

Im now left out of pocket due to the damage caused by the leak as a result of a faulty product sold to me by Sanctuary bathrooms.

I would strongly recommend anyone to avoid this company.
