Samuel Estates have been managing my property since 2007 at the Abbey Mills Development. They are extremely professional and helpful, unlike other estate agents, in my experience. They keep me well informed and give useful advice with regards to dispute. I would particularly like to mention Paul Ehern & Jade Moeller. Jade is my current property manager and Paul has been a very helpful advisor and my go to person for all property related advice. I would highly recommend Samuel Estates if you are looking for a no hassle professional property management service.

Samuels have been looking after my property since 2005. They provide exceptional service and are ALWAYS available when you need to call. Samuels provide an all- in service, which I recommend or a bespoke one. They regularly keep us up to date with all property matters and all the latest minefield of legislation.
