Very Helpful Service Site! Outstanding woman helped me.
After trying to reach one of the Samsung stores in CA I called a number that said something like "for help" AND IT WAS HELPFUL!!! The woman was very helpful looking up to see if what I needed was available (a battery for a Note 3 from 2013!). Then she directed me to the Samsungparts.com website so that I could purchase the battery. THANK YOU FOR A REAL PERSON TO WALK ME THROUGH THE SITE!

Customer Service answered quickly and answered all of my questions and concerns. She even walked me through how to order my needed water filter. I didn’t like that I didn’t frees shipping which should be offered for any order over $50 and will likely look elsewhere before purchasing with samsung

Absurd shipping costs for a tiny product
Had to purchase a small part because it wasn't included in a product that should have had it to begin with. Also had to pay over $30 for shipping to get in the next day, which is something that really should be included in such a basic service offered by somebody as high profile as Samsung.
Would not recommend to anybody; only here because it's urgent and nobody else is able to ship it any faster.

Do NOT buy Samsung appliances
I was on hold for over 45 minutes trying to reach someone in your parts department. I gave up and went on line to place my order. I am extremely disappointed in my Samsung appliances. The ice maker in the fridge has stopped working, the dishwasher never dries the dishes, and the knob on the stove fell off. Replacement of the knob was $91.33 (including shipping), for a piece of plastic that, quite frankly, should not have broken in the first place. I will never buy Samsung again and will be discouraging everyone I know from buying Samsung as well.
