Do not think every customer wants your over priced credit rebuild system

Had a good salesman and buying experience. However the problems began with the delivery. Was never called to schedule my delivery as promised. I had call them to remind them. Then once scheduled, I was told it would be morning and no one showed up. I called again before noon and was told they were really behind and would be much later. When they called to tell me they were on their way, they said “you are aware that the mattress is soiled”? I said no I bought a new mattress and not from the damaged section. The wrong mattress was pulled. Had to get my salesman involved and he personally pulled the mattress. Finally got delivered after missing a whole day of work. This was the weekend before Memorial Day for my guest room. The mattress is really pretty and comfortable. It has now been slept on 4 times as of last night 10-07-17. My guest told me it felt lumpy on one side. Checked this morning and it looks like there is some settling because two of the columns of the quilting are much higher than all the other columns and very noticeable. Will be contacting the store tomorrow because this should not be happening and had been used 4 times for 2 nights each time and less than 5 months old. This had been a total nightmare purchase. I will see how this is handled when I call tomorrow!👎🏼😩

I love Sam's Furniture in Haltom City. I recently did business with the Arlington location and have regretted it ever since. In the future, I will drive all the way to Haltom City if I decide to buy in this format. The Haltom City location gets 5 stars from me. I always have a great experience with them on the phone and in person.

I have been doing business with Sam's furniture for over 20 years. I love walking in the door and all the salesman know who i m. There is a salesman named Steve he is the best, he makes me laugh everytime i walk in there door. There is also Ken he will work with Steve and get everyone the best deal to make each customer happy when leaving the store. I have send them friends / family members and all of them leave Sam's furniture happy they went.

One of the best most affordable furniture store in Texas really didn't have any issues and customer service was excellent!!!

The products are great but the service with getting help and making your purchase is terrible, at least at the Fort Worth Hulen location. I had two separate visits and both were horrible and the process took way longer than it should have. The date I made my purchase, the sales woman had a terrible attitude and showed no professionalism. The only positive experience was the woman who processed the financing paperwork. If your other employees were like her, you may get more customers. Maybe it's this location, next time I will just go to a different one and hopefully things will go much better.

Sams is very eager to lease to own but beware for the $1080 in furniture I got from them they are charging me close to a whopping $900 for the full payment plan super rip off. If I had the $ to buy out of my contract I would in a heartbeat
