Modern & stylish furniture shop.

It's my first purchase from here. I've ordered for a Modern Astoria Lounge Chair Smooth, White Color, Genuine Leather upholstery. The process was so easy, they respond too quick to my mail. Next day I get my product. It's as same as picture & description. No objections, recommended to all.

Mango lounge furnitures

We visited Sam’s furniture just before Christmas 2021 wanting to buy particular piece of furnitures. She went above and beyond to provide the right price and she even managed to get our furniture delivered before Christmas.
Excellent shopping experience, very professional and switched on service. Highly recommended. We would definitely go back and purchase more item.

I dont ever try to bash someone’s business because I know how hard it is to build your name. But, I don’t lie. This man is the most rude individual I have every met in my life. I payed half of the price for a dining set.. I then waited 1 month & called them because he said I would receive it in 2-3 weeks. The man told me that because of the pandemic it was taking a little longer. Understandable. Then 1 month & 1/2 goes by and I call him again, he tells me that he doesn’t have the table that I will have to wait up to 6 months because he thought he could get it but her couldn’t...? I asked for a refund immediately. I take a trip to Leominster which is far from me & he refuses to refund me instead he says he was going to mail it. When I get the check I couldn’t cash it because the signature was sooooo opaque.. my experience has been so horrible wow I would never recommend anyone here the prices are ridiculous I actually found a bigger and nicer table for HALF THE PRICE !!!!!!!!

I don't typically write bad reviews. Ihave nothing good to say about our first and last Sam's Furniture experience. We bought a king mattress, adjustable bed, king bed-frame, large sectional and ottoman. We paid for all items up front, then received a call that we owed over $300 more due to a mistake on their end. There was no communication from the very beginning regarding how the delivery was scheduled, where the couch/bed frame were coming from and frankly, about anything. When I called to ask, I was told by Tanya, they were very sorry that's not how they do business and she offered to pay for delivery charges. Over 2 months later, on a Thursday, I'm calling to ask if they can give me the status of our furniture. It turns out it had arrived and I was told it would be delivered Saturday. Friday afternoon Tanya calls to tell me it will be delivered Sunday. Saturday evening comes along, no call to schedule the delivery, so I called. I'm told the delivery company calls between 630-8p. Around 7, they call to tell me they can deliver between 11-1p on Sunday. I ask if they can do it earlier, no, they can deliver Monday, but I tell them I"m out of the area on Monday. So, 11-1p Sunday it is without much choice. Well, it's Sunday and I get a call/text they are on their way at 12p. So I text back "OK, thank you". Then, a call that when they called another customer to say they were going to be late, she was not okay with it. I have rearranged my day, waited months and now am waiting to hear when they will show up. No call back. So, I called, they are on their way to deliver the furniture to the other customer. In the meantime....I"m pushed back. I am really disappointed at Sam's lack of communication in this process and that the delivery company, clearly has too many deliveries to do in a short period of time. Perhaps you should hire an additional delivery company and teach your sales and office people how to communicate the correct details of what a customer should expect. Free delivery is good, but good and even great customer service is priceless.

sams family furniture store. good honest people

I purchased furniture at sams had a problem with it tearing up within 5 months. I was very upset. sams stepped up . my warranty was honored. my sofa and loveseat are being replaced. if you want to do business with a great store and honest people shop at sams furniture store .

Rude Rep..

Had a furniture account and paid it off 6 months ago..Went in to get another account and was denied..The rep acted like she didn't give a damn.. Couldnt explain why..Will definitely go somewhere else..

They do nothing to help you. Very rude

It says to rebuild your credit and my information was not verified. I was declined for having some credit issues. No one asked me what I could put down or offer any other options. What is lease program for then?I think it's a joke. I have more verifiable income than most people I'm sure.

Poor communication

Poor communication. I was ask to send over my information via email and I have not heard anything. Due to my profession I work graveyard hours and in a hospital so all my communication is usually through email. It is a little concerning when you send over all your personal information and then do not receive any response. I am left feeling very vulnerable.

Very helpful in store, on the phone, and online.

I went into the store and browsed before I came online to place my order. The staff at the Arlington store was very attentive and helpful. Before I place my order online I made a phone call to ask a question about the product I was interested in and again got a very knowledgeable person to assist. I placed my order online and once again got very timely and helpful responses. I will definitely recommend Sam's furniture and come back when I'm ready to make another purchase

I was about to order and pay what I …

I was about to order and pay what I thought was a deposit, but it said it was grand total amount. So no information would be misconstrued, I did not pay for it fearing I would lose my money. Have not got a call yet or explanation.
