I've recieved 11 calls from this shady organization today. They must have bought a list they aren't supposed to have and they're trying to use it before they get busted.

Unreliable
Just started to use this company, my order has been supplied in bits and they have sent the wrong stoma bags, they are now saying the bag I have used for years is no longer available so I am expected to accept this one.
I have not been given the choice of picking another product that would suit me.
I am still waiting for other parts of my order.
I will not be using them again.
They have telephoned me today and refused to have the incorrect Stoma bags back and I cannot use them so the NHS will be charged for them.
I must say this is the worst company I have used since having a stoma for 12 years.

I had come to rely on medilink however…
I had come to rely on medilink however due to an error by them i did not receive a call about resupply and was left in the nightmare scenario of having no spare ileostomy bags, despite this being their fault the call handler tried to shift the blame on to myself and seemed to have no appreciation of the distress running out stoma bags is, i was pleased when my stoma nurse told me there were other option with regards to supplier

So glad I switched to Medilink
I switched to Medilink from another company for my stoma products. My previous supplier would take x2 weeks from ordering to deliver but Medilink take 4 to 5 working days so if I order on a Monday I'll get my delivery on Friday-Monday.
Was also very pleased with the free welcome pack too.
With my orders I also recieve free complimentary disposal bags, dry wipes and lovely smelling hand hygiene wipes.
My bags are pre- cut by machine by them.
Absolutely zero negative comments. 5 star service from ordering to delivery.

Great team delivering medical supplies for my dad but way too much packing material and giant boxes for the contents.
