I visited to make an enquiry and left having booked a storage unit! I met Aleah who was friendly and professional and provided detailed information about the units, costs, security and access. I had an excellent service

From initial call to my initial visit, Garfield and his team have been highly efficient, professional, and friendly. The pricing was good also!

The team at SJW were incredible! Good old fashioned customer service which is so refreshing to receive. Garfield’s kind consideration will not be forgotten as that level of help and compassion is hard to come by these days.

I sent a parcel from this DHL point last week. I completed everything online, brought my barcode to the store, and they printed the label and took my parcel without any issues. This week, I wanted to do the same, so I went again with my barcode. However, this time they told me that printing costs £0.01 to them, so they don’t print labels.

I explained that I had been following the instructions on the DHL website, which clearly state that I should bring my barcode to a DHL point, where they will print the label. I even mentioned that they did it for me just last week and asked why they were refusing this time, causing unnecessary inconvenience. I also showed them the “label-free possible” option stated on their website.

Despite all this, they refused to print the label. Their attitude was very unpleasant. Even though the issue was entirely due to their own failure to follow their policies, I was the one who suffered. The right thing to do would have been to acknowledge the error, apologize for the misleading information on their website and their staff’s mistake last time, and as a gesture of goodwill, print the label this once. Instead, the only response I got was that it costs them £0.01 (!) and they won’t do it.

Their rude behavior and lack of concern for customer satisfaction were incredibly disappointing.

Thank you Garfield, for helping me order something to collect in store. Such great customer service and went above and beyond.

Very bad experience with them.water leaking from ceiling all my stuff wet,I ask them to move to another empty storage manager was telling me wait till Monday.even customer service staff are no helpful aswall.

The service at this St John’s Wood Safestore has been top tier! From the moment I put my quote through, I was contacted by Garfield who organised a tour for me so I could see the different sizes of storage available. The storages and office were very clean and tidy. On top of being incredibly patient and informative, Garfield had impeccable manners and was a joy to speak with.

On the day of move in, I had to do two trips with a very long round trip in between which meant I was there first thing AND last thing. Although I was super stressed and frazzled, I am so thankful for the staff, Mersim and James, for being incredibly helpful and keeping the tone lighthearted!

I am very confident that my belongings are in safe hands and would use this storage in a heartbeat if I required it again.

Danny was great over the phone in helping me find my storage space when the initial facility was not available. Everything was fast and efficient.

Called at 8PM on a weekday and was surprised to have someone answer my call. Danny, who answered the line, was extremely helpful in answering my queries and even gave me some advice in order to save me money. So far the experience has been blissful during such a stressful moving period.
