Excellent product, first class delivery

It's a very good sturdy well made piece of kit, but beware if you to add doors as the ground needs to be perfectly level for them to fit. Any small tilt on the base will cause problems when fitting them. If you're in doubt, pay for it to be assembled in situ.

All in all i thought it was a well designed structure.It took 3 of us to put it together myself. my wife and our son who took the lead roll. My wife and i were the go-fors. we are all very pleased with the result. I would't hesitate to buy again.
Just to note the packing was 1st. class

Purchased Braunston 8-Seater Square Picnic Table - Light Green - 6.5ft Width x 6.5ft Length from Rutland County garden furniture. Item arrived on correct day. Was delivered on a palette and gets dropped off kerbside. Reasonably easy to build but would recommend two people. Would recommend pre drilling some of the existing holes especially where they screw into. Good quality product and should last for years. Very heavy to turn upright once it is built. Bought 460cm x 270cm Parasol which covers the table well and also keeps you dry whilst sitting at the table.

Great once put together, but did require self assembly and it took about 40 mins per unit. Delivery also took a little longer than expected.

Overall my purchase of the tool shed was good. Web site is well constructed with good information that is clear and detailed.Instructions for the build are simple although I am knowledgeable with all aspects of DIY. Structure is well made with the pre-drilled holes for the screw fastenings. The only issues i have are related to too many gaps for rain water to penetrate which i have had to resolve. The more concerning point is the warping of the overlap roof panels which then cause gaps which rain can penetrate plus some cracking again which water penetrates.

Wood was very rough, not the quality suggested. No instructions and just a small bag of screws with nothing to show which size went where.

Exceptional service from start to finish, the quality of the product is spot on. I had a bespoke pergola made for me, they supplied specific instructions for my assembly which I wasn’t expecting.

Basically they cannot do enough for you, I had many requests and changed the specifics a number of times and nothing was ever to much trouble.

I purchased the Braunston 8-Seater Square Picnic Table. Unfortunately, the delivery company dropped it off the back of the truck tail lift and it was damaged. Rutland customer service was extremely helpful and arranged replacement parts to be delivered quickly.
Constructing the table was straightforward, though you need a reasonable level of DIY skills. The quality of the table is excellent, very heavy duty and looks like it should last well. Very pleased with the product and my overall experience of Rutland County Garden Furniture.
