Good all-round service and very happy with the product.

Fast, efficient service. Quality product.

I ordered an engraved Welsh Slate stone to take back to New Zealand with me after my mother's funeral in Wales. Jeremy went the extra mile to have the stone ready before our departure, and kept in regular contact with us to ensure delivery to our London hotel. Exceptional service and highly recommended.

I loved the idea that I could design my own sign with my own fonts and logos. The team were really helpful and I'm very happy with the sign

The web site was easy to navigate and prepare a memorial plaque. The telephone advice was helpful. The plaque itself was well made and arrived safely and in good time.

Great people , fully understands what you are looking for and do their very best to produce the order for you.

From first contact through to receiving our engraved slate memorial everything was handled promptly and professionally and the end result was exactly what we wanted. Would have no hesitation in recommending this business to anyone requiring a slate engraving.

I've had three stones from this supplier - all three look great. Service is fantastic, very helpful. Can't rate this company highly enough.

Although I contacted a number of craftsmen to design and make a memorial for my parents, Rusticstone stood out from the first. Their website was easy to use to plan the details and subsequent telephone discussion was friendly, informative and helpful. The memorial stone was completed ahead of expectation and delivered promptly. The shape and quality of the slate and the design and execution of the wording were exactly what I wanted: Rusticstone's thoughtful and expert advice to modify my original ideas gave a far better result than I had anticipated. I am absolutely delighted with every aspect of this experience and would recommend Rusticstone unreservedly.

Good company to deal with. easy to follow web site. quick to respond to any queries. Very pleased with finished item.

Jeremy, at Rusticstone was great to work with. I first called from the U.S. and spoke with him to give him an idea of the gift we wanted for friends there in the U.K. He took our ideas and designed the perfect present for our friends 50th wedding anniversary. We could not have been more pleased!

Our son's memorial stone is exactly what we wanted. Beautifully inscribed, it arrived promptly with helpful instructions to help us set it in our garden.

I found the whole experience of ordering with Rusticstone a doddle. They were informative and helpful. Everything was done and delivered when they said it would be and I highly recommend them.

As above, the stone arrived and it was exactly as it was created online, in fact better, I am more than please, it was for a very special occasion, for a very special person.
