Victoria was amazing from the moment my mum and I met her. She was truly able to make such a horrible situation bearable. She gave us the confidence and re assurance that we needed to know that our loved one was being cared for and we were being supported properly.

What an amazing support you were to my self and my brother when our father passed away .

Apologies for the delay in sending this message—I've been feeling incredibly tired, and I can’t believe it’s already been a week since the funeral.

I just wanted to say the biggest thank you for all your help and support with my mum’s funeral. It truly meant a lot during such a difficult time.

A special thank you to Victoria and Ben, who were so kind and sensitive in helping with everything—from dressing my mum, sorting out the music for the service, and organizing private viewings for relatives who wanted to see her. Their care and compassion were very much appreciated.

And I really want to express my deepest thanks to Steve. He was simply amazing in leading the funeral procession. It meant so much that the procession went passed my mum’s house, and his gesture of standing in front of her home, removing his hat, and saluting was incredibly touching and emotional. That’s something I will always remember, Steve's kindness in doing that will stay in my heart ❤️. It was a beautiful and respectful moment, and I know it would have meant a lot to my mum as well.

Finally, thank you to you, Michael. The whole end-to-end process that you’ve created really took a lot of the stress off my shoulders. With Indian funerals, there’s always so much going on, so it was a huge relief to not have to worry about the funeral arrangements themselves. Your kindness and professionalism truly made a difference.

Again, what can I say about this Funeral company.

Victoria, you gave our family exceptional service, support, advice kindness, reassurance and kept us up to date with everything and very understanding.

This is the second time using them and always deliver over 110%. I really loved the touch with the Grenadian lapel badges - excellent!.
