Thank you Rustic Stone for a beautiful plaque. The slate and design are perfect.

Jeremy was very patient and understanding with all my questions and helpful and prompt when I requested a specific delivery date.

Many thanks - highly recommended!!

I ordered a memorial stone for my much loved dog at a very difficult time for me. Jeremy at Rustic Stone was very kind with answering my questions and helping me to get the design exactly right. When the stone arrived it was absolutely perfect and I couldn't have a better memorial for my Buster. I would recommend this company to everyone and, though I hope not to have to use it again for a long time, would definitely go back to them for a memorial for my other dog.

I have to say how fantastic the slate memorial stone we have just received from Rustic Stone is. The item is just how we ordered it and will be a very fitting tribute to our much missed dog. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I wanted to order a Plaque. A friend gave me Jeremy's number for Rustic stone.
After talking to Jeremy & looking at his web page . I could design exactly what I wanted after submitting my order I received it in the timescale & could not be happier. Fantastic job.
Thank you so much Jeremy and team at Rustic stone.

You can feel safe in ordering from Rustic Stone, our requirements were met and exceeded. Communication throughout was informative and reassuring. The mock up email was exactly the same as the end product ( and gives you a chance to check dates, spellings etc ). It was important to our family to 'get it right' and Jeremy made sure that happened. We can't recomend Rustic Stone enough.
10/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Customer Service -Quality of product-Excellent.Such a pleasure to do business with a Company that is professional in all aspects.Highly recommend them.

The Memorial Plaque is beautifully made, and the communication with Rustic Stone was excellent. I made a mistake with the dates, and thankfully a mock up was sent via email for me to authorise. Jeremy was very kind and understanding and assured me that the Plaque would not have been made without my authorising the mock up. Delivery was really good.

First class service, delivery and product. Very highly recommended.

From searching online for a memorial plaque to receiving the plaque today, the service has been excellent. Rustic Stone have produced a beautiful stone plaque and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We required an urgent slate commemorative plaque, it needed to be tasteful, beautiful and delivered on time and within budget. Jeremy provided excellent advice and customer service and the tracking tool used to help us track our delivery ensured peace of mind right up until the moment it arrived.

The on-line design tool, and proof example sent to us, meant we were able to see and order exactly what we wanted. It was made and delivered within a couple of weeks. We were very happy with the finished product, which was just as we had designed it to be and a good quality. Communication was excellent through out; with my emails typically being answered in minutes. And the price was very competitive too. Excellent company; would recommend.

Found this service whilst browsing for house signs and I must say they were extremely helpful in advising us. The finished sign was delivered speedily and very impressive..

I wanted a rustic house sign, no straight edges and this is perfect! A random shape with uneven texture. It looks fantastic and will definitely recommend.

My brothers and I wanted something special to put in Mum's garden following her sudden passing. I had something in mind, but had to really research to find someone who could actually produce what we wanted.
Rustic Stone offer a simple, straightforward service - accommodating whatever your needs may be. We received a proof before the engraving was done and when the stone arrived, it was absolutely lovely and just what I had in mind. The stone is now in her garden, surrounded by flowers and is a wonderful memorial to a wonderful Mum.
