Rustic Stone Recensioni

I wanted something a little bit different for my father’s memorial stone in 2015, I found the perfect stone on Rustic stones website, after speaking with Jeremy I actually got the exact stone I had seen, a beautiful piece of slate, beautifully engraved just perfect for our dad.
Unfortunately in 2018 I lost my daughter, again I turned to Jeremy, again he has come up trumps! The most beautiful piece of York stone, beautifully engraved for my beautiful girl.
I can’t thank Jeremy and his team enough for the time and patience given to me.
I honestly am so happy with the stones, the service and the care given dealing with a grieving mum!

The Rusticstone team were a great help when I was putting together a memorial stone for my mother and brother. We were limited on size - we weren't allowed a headstone as their ashes were being interred in a closed cemetery - but we were allowed a little plaque to go discreetly on a nearby wall in the ruined church grounds. And Jeremy - via email - helped me get one the whole family is really pleased with. It was subtle but still full of character. It was brilliantly and robustly packaged - so much so we were able to stow it with confidence in luggage to fly to Ireland. Their online design system made things very easy and meant I was comfortable knowing what I'd ordered would be what I got, and indeed it was exactly that. Very grateful.

Ordered two slate signs for our new house & they have just arrived.
Absolutely delighted, excellent quality. Can't wait to get them fitted.
Thank you. Alan

From an easy to navigate website to the excellent customer service from Jeremy it was a pleasure to deal with Rustic Stone. I was recommended to them by a friend and am more than happy with the service I received. Delivery cost to Orkney was very reasonable too. My in-laws have now placed an order with them too based on my experience.

Just taken delivery of a memorial stone. Absolutely perfect and delighted. Real value for money, speedy delivery and well packaged. Thank you so much.

Absolutely superb wall-mounted sandstone house sign. Looks exactly how I hoped it would. Great communications and service all round. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant company to work with! I designed our house sign a year ago online and was thrilled with it. Last week we decided we would like one for the other side of the drive. I contacted Jeremy via email and our new sign was with us a few days later! I highly recommend Rustic Stone both for their product and customer service. If only all companies were like them! Thank you!

Combining the easy-enough online tool (once used to it) with their prompt feedback and useful advice makes for a productive experience and a satisfying result. We had just done work both inside and outisde the house and this gave the property its new identity. Definitely worth a look!

Recently located your company whilst looking for something special as a gift for my best friends. Found the design tool very easy to use, and from first submitting that to you and receiving the plaque on Saturday, service and result are both brilliant. Just got to hope they like it as much as I do now. Thank you

I would like to thanks Rustic Stone company for supplying me with a sand stone memorial for my little dog that sadly passed away. The service was so fast and the quality of the product is unbelievable, great value and something I will always treasure.

Very pleased with our new house name sign. Love the fact that you can design it yourself, knowing that Jeremy can advise if required.

Wanted something a bit special for my new houses name, and being able to create a 'mock up' of the sign on the website was a great help. Jeremy was great at keeping me updated, and when the sign arrived today, it was simply perfect! Was supposed to be putting it up once the house was painted, but just couldn't wait....and it looks fab in situ! Thank you so much :)

They have good service and professional but price not cheap

Rustic Stone have now made us 2 beautifully crafted Memorials to our beloved dogs in the last 4yrs,one in black rough edged slate & recently one in yorkstone. The 1st still looks as good as the day we got it and the new one compliments it perfectly. Jeremy is always quick to respond with any queries and to help with design layout professionally, and friendly. Would always go back again for any stone engraving we may require. Very well packaged and delivered when stated too

Jeremy from this company helped me refine the lettering spacing on the slate house sign. It arrived well packaged and on time - and it looks great in situ. I got exactly what I wanted at a good price - very happy :)

We needed a house sign and wanted uneven slate. This guys was the only ones I could find who offered this service. The website was very easy to use and make your own design. Jeremy responded quick and was very accommodating with the battles I had with myself regarding the size of the sign I wanted (I could never decide). We ended up with the lovely house sign, perfect size and shape. Postage was quick and trackable. Thank you.

We needed a memorial stone for our son's beloved cat. We also wanted to be around when it was delivered during holiday time. Jeremy kept in touch by email, let me know when it was ready and delayed sending until we were around. The stone when we received it was excellent quality and I would have no hesitation reccomending Rusticstone or using them again. Thanks everyone - great product and great service!

Purchased a memorial plaque for our dear cat. Service was brilliant from the initial email to the delivery. Thanks Jeremy and anyone else involved. Very pleased with our design and the finished item. Would without a second thought use you again.

I wanted a stone to complete my little memorial feature in my garden in tribute to my lovely Mum. Jeremy was great and ensured I received it on time. It is outstanding & beautiful. It bought a tear to my eyes when I received it. Thanks again Jeremy and team . We Love it 💗💗💗

I was choosing a house sign and wanted to make sure the colour of the stone was what I wanted. Luckily I was able to visit and discuss things with Jeremy and he was so helpful and really knows his stuff. He even did a mock up on a photo I had of where it was going. I have now received my name plate and it is absolutely beautiful . The lettering is deep and the painted infill perfect. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he is such a pleasure to deal with. You will have no problems dealing and using Rustic Stone it is "SIMPLY THE BEST"
