Gravel route was top class. Store is top class. Coffee was top class.

Sent totally wrong item, when checking also then find out what I ordered was actually out of stock but not showing on website, so not like I could get it changed over. Wasted time having to shop around again elsewhere for what I wanted. Not to mention poor communication, timely refund or lack of apology for their error.

I ordered an item which was out of stock but I got a call and an email to give me a choice of a refund or wait. I wanted to wait and was told the goods should be with me first week in April. The item came on Saturday 3rd April over the Easter weekend! Great service thanks.

I purchased a helmet and it arrived promptly and as ordered.

Ordered a campag cassette. Price undercut wiggle 😊 so thats why I tried these guys. Good prompt service. They use DHL who ive had no dealings with before. Failed to deliver so redirected to local drop off shop which sadly there isn't one in my town. So a minor inconvenience but thats my bad not there's. Certainly no qualms in using them again 😊

I have bought two expensive bikes here in the last 3 years, both arrived with damage but quickly rectified. Saddle scuffed on first bike, new one provided, multiple scratches on my eMTB and also a program error which needed the motor changing! Had it taken care of at a local dealer but R&R settled the bill promptly. For the scratches I was offered compensation of £200 to spend with them. Ordered some knee pads but too small so returned them, money not credited back to my account and despite several attempts to Matt directly (owner) to respond to me and honour the compensation, all recent communication has been ignored. Left a really bitter taste and I would never use these again although I have spent in excess of £7k with them, I’ll just draw a line under this experience. Such a shame as amiable on the telephone but this type of response won’t bode well for returning custom.
