I ordered a pair of trainers, which were confirmed. Next day I received an email of apology, saying the item was no longer in stock and offered similar alternatives. I declined the offer and within 30 second of sending the email, I received a refund.
Although disappointing that the item was actually not in stock, I was impressed with the customer service and their efficiency.
Twice I’ve asked the question with some bike maintenance and twice have been impressed by their willingness to help and ‘do’… which is why driving 30miles round trip was worth every mile…
When we need more I’ll drive again and the Coffee shop too has a great excuse to go in…. Great approach to support thank you.

Was sent two Hoka shoes of different sizes. Was told to sort return myself, after numerous emails. Wouldn't refund postage or reply to any messages. Never again

His knowledge and experience was second to none and he went beyond what was expected to ensure I was comfortable.
Amazing customer service after the item I ordered was out of stock due to an error with their system. Quick email to advise of the issue and offer to exchange for another item on the website even offering a small amount of compensation for the inconvenience of not having the item I originally ordered. Order sent out same day and delivered next day. Would highly recommend. Special mention to Steve who I dealt with via emails.
Poor service, ordered a pair of running shoes, money taken, then a call a few hours later to say shoes not in stock. Asked when these would be in stock and was told up to 10 working days. Called on the Saturday and asked for a refund as I ordered from Start Fitness. Would not buy from them better off sticking with other online retailers.
