I am extremely impressed by the whole process of ordering and delivery. The website was excellent and my personal communication with staff was extremely helpful. Every aspect of the design and colour sample delivery process, ordering and timely completion of the individualised rug was trouble free. DHL were very efficient with the speedy delivery of the samples colours. There were a few issues with delivery by a local courier firm but after a couple of phone calls the issues were resolved. The outer hard plastic layer of packaging was slightly damaged at some stage in the rug’s journey to Australia, but as the rug was so well wrapped, the two inner plastic layers ensured the rug arrived in pristine condition.

I have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone who may wish to order a high quality New Zealand wool personalised rug. It has all been such an easy process!

I love my new rug, it’s beautifully made, and very plush to walk on. I would have liked one of the colours to be a little darker, but that was my choice, but overall I have a very colourful rug in my entry hall. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other companies I looked at.

My rug arrived on Monday the 12th of September after ordering/paying on the 17th of June. I was made aware it would take some time to arrive.

I requested a quote for my rug through the rug couture website, the process was relatively easy. I had samples of the colours I'd chosen delivered very quickly which helped with my decision making process. The design was sent through and it was almost exactly what I wanted. I asked if the lines in my geometric design could be made the same thickness as one was noticeably narrower than the other. The re-design was sent through and it was then exactly what I wanted.
The overall experience was a good one, however the shipping did take a long time. This is understandable though, sending a 3 metre long, 75kg rug internationally is bound to take a while.

From start to finish, a professional company.
I selected a number of colours for samples which were sent promptly ( at no charge)
Then the pattern decision…. Only negative I have is not being able to change orientation of pattern.Ordered 2 rugs, they arrived at my door safely and well packed within the time I was told. They look and feel beautiful will use again
