Totally disappointed in this company! I placed and order on July 1, July 2 I immediately sent an email to cancel the order, which went unacknowledged. I received the merchandise never even opened the merchandise only the package to get a number or find instructions to return the product. They won't take it back only store credit. I don't want the product or anything from the company,yet I'm stuck with merchandise I have no use for. If they responded to cancelations as quick as purchased this wouldn't be an issued.

We ordered a pair of the classic swimwear bottoms. They ended up being too small. I used the link provided and they immediately took care of the exchange. Simple, easy and fast.

The swim bottoms and the reusable liners work amazingly. We love using this brand for our summer time fun during that time of the month

The product works super well!! As a swimmer who has had an incredibly difficult time with tampons Ruby Love has made it possible for me to continue swimming even on my period without having to take a week off of practice or even missing out on meets!! I have truly benefited :)

I love their swimsuits, this is the first time that I have ever had to exchange for a different size. I appreciate that they sent it out before I mailed the return suit back very convenient and easy exchanges!

This company took over a month to ship my In Stock Items and I sent repeated messages to Customer Service to which they never responded for this order. Full of disappointment.

It came late - we couldn’t use it on vacation. It ended up being too small but they wouldn’t let us return it even thought it was never used. I could tell it was small when I opened it. What a waste of money.

I will not be wearing any of them as they are ridiculously bulky. This was not as advertised. I see why there’s a no refund policy.

Horrible quality, I've tried many period panties and have never leaked through before. This was my first time completely leaking through period panties. They were also super uncomfortable, felt like there was hard plastic in it and like it was a baggy diaper. Would not recommend to anyone.

The customer service at Ruby Love has been top notch! My 12-yr old will be leaving for camp on a boat in 1 week. I bought the size I thought she needed. I was wrong. Customer service helped me with sizing & a fast exchange. My daughter is confident & ready to explore the ocean! Thanks!

This is an AMAZING product! My daughter joined the swim team and thanks to her Ruby Love swimsuit she didn’t have to any practices or meets. There are so many different options to choose from. Highly recommend this for anyone!

I love my period panties! I was looking for an alternative to my usual disposable menstrual products and stumbled upon the Ruby Love website. Their products have changed my life and made my periods a lot easier. I originally bought 3 pairs of underwear and after 1 cycle, I knew I'd be using them for as long as possible. I didn't have any problems with shipping or getting the products I paid for. I've been loving my period panties so much that I've been telling everyone I know. I even told my mother (who is one of the most stubborn people I know) about Ruby Love. As soon as her order came in, she used them and was immediately in love with how convenient period panties are and how easy it is to wash/clean them. I've gotten three people to try Ruby Love and all three have had amazing results. I plan on buying at least 2 more pairs soon!

Didn't ship what I ordered until I contacted my credit card company to revoke payment. Didn't respond to two emails and a voicemail seeking information about when my order would ship. After waiting over three weeks, I contacted my credit card company and initiated a claim. Then, the items were shipped. By that time, I had already purchased what I needed from someone else. I reached out to initiate a return. No response. I shipped the items back and was only given store credit, which I will never use because I don't trust this company to ship the items without involvement from my credit card company. Huge waste of money and time. Customer service is nonexistent.

Edited 7/12/2023: I did submit my concerns to the email address provided below. It has been over a week and I have not received a response from Ruby Love. It seems that they are capable of putting on a facade of customer service on this site but cannot respond to customers. Additionally, they were able to spam me with text messages regarding their sales but unable to respond to my attempts to determine if my order had shipped.

I received my product in time but it didn’t fit. However I loved the quality and will reorder my swimsuit in the correct size.

With three teenage daughters on a swim team, Ruby Love bathing suits are a lifesaver! My girls feel confident wearing these bathing suits, and the quality is excellent. The bathing suits last a long time. We only buy from RubyLove!

7/27/2023: I finally received a reply from customer service 6 weeks later. I replied right away to their email and now it has been days since I have heard back. I have been more than patient!

I have been trying to reach out to customer service for over 2 weeks and no reply. Very disappointing! Horrible customer service!

My daughter loves her monthly box! There are always cute little treats along with her monthly necessities. We enjoy opening the boxes together to discover what's inside!
