This was my first treatment visit at rtw clinic and I am so pleased with the result of the silhouette procedure. My friends have noticed and complimented me. Very professional and friendly consultants and excellent skin advice. This has made me feel great and has increased my self confidence, thank you so much! I will be returning to further enhance the condition of my skin to keep the years at bay!

I have been using RTW for over a year for different treatments. I always think a good way to judge is if you would recommend it, and I would. The staff are really lovely and you can always get good offers if you buy courses. I am a regular customer and always will be.

My query was 'health' rather than 'beauty' related. In the space of 3 weeks I've been diagnosed, treated and today given a clean bill of health. Dr Nicola was available to me 24 hrs a day in the first anxious week and, indeed, ongoing had I needed it. Dr Fatima was back up at the clinic. There is some way to go before healing is complete but I've come away with medication, at no extra cost, to take me through to Summer. A big thank you to everyone - including the lovely smiles at Reception.

This is really good clinic, one of the best I've been too. The staff are knowledgable and patient, and won't rush you into treatment.

When the nurse/practitioner was uncertain about something, she consulted with a doctor who provided expert advice. This is important, since non-doctors should not make certain decisions so it is good to see someone not trying to be a "know it all" with something so important like medications and surgery!

I will be coming back repeatedly based on my initial experiences.

HOWEVER, I have one niggle. The prices for the treatment are very reasonable. But I suspect that a large part of this clinic's income stream come from pushing very expensive Obagi/ZO products.

And I felt a bit deceived when I first went there and they said I really need to start washing with a certain product that had "salicylic acid" to renew my skin. I asked if this is something I can buy elsewhere, and they told me "no", it's only by prescription. So I got suckered into spending over £60 for two bottles of this stuff. It turns out that 2% salicin acid is NOT only by prescription, you can get the same active ingredient for under a fiver at Boots!

I assume what they mean by "you can't get this elsewhere" means they are an approved distributer of this company and you're not going to find this specific brand at the chemist.

Anyway then after a procedure, I was pressured with a sales pitch to buy some retinol cream for £100 a tube, LOL. I again asked, is this medicine something I can get on the NHS? No they said, I would have to get a private prescription then go through a whole bunch of hoops to buy the stuff elsewhere. Not sure what she was on about.

Keeping in my mind the experience with the facial washes (which by the way, were available online significantly cheaper than what they charge), I politely declined then went home to do my research.

Turns out that the active ingredient in this stuff is retinol, which is a weaker version of what you can get with prescription retinoids. Furthermore, you can get retinol at various strengths (1%-2.5%) in many high quality products all over the place, for about £25 for the same amount you'd get in this high priced tube.

I can't understand how the specific product they push which is up to quadruple the price for the same active ingredient is that much better. I felt pretty deceived by both of these experiences, as you're led to believe you can only get products with these benefits from this clinic. And if you were to use these products as often as you're supposed to, you'd easily be spending £500 a year on them, when you can buy the same thing for a fraction of that.

So in short, fantastic treatment and competent staff that carry out treatments. But be prepared for the hard sell for overpriced creams and ointments after your procedure, as it's pitched when you're already really in a mind state that you need to do everything possible to save your skin.

I chose rtwskin because they provide access to specialist doctors on a self referral basis which greatly reduced the waiting time to see a consultant dermatologist.
Dr Meschino and Dr Ahmed are evidently highly skilled in their work but equally important to me is their genuine warmth, caring manner and willingness to listen to my concerns.
I frequently had the opportunity to discuss my diagnosis and treatment plan along with issues relating to potential risks or side effects, (which fortunately I didn't experience).
Having received prescription medication and laser treatments over a nine month period I am extremely pleased with the outcome and would certainly recommend the expertise of this clinic.

I visited rtwskin to have my Xanthelasma [fat deposits around eyes caused by high cholesterol] removed. I was nervous but the staff made feel at ease and where very friendly professional and informative. I was informed of all the treatments available. I chose to have them removed by laser treatment. It was completely painless and the results are absolutely fantastic and I can honestly say that I cannot be happier with the treatment I have received.

I have been fortunate enough to be treated by Dr Fatima. She explained things clearly and I felt well placed to make an informed decision about my treatment. During the treatment process she checked my wellbeing ensuring that it was a good experience for me. The clinic itself is a very pleasant environment.

I attended the RTW Skin to have one mole removed. I was advised by a doctor at the clinic to undergo expensive and painful surgery to remove several moles. It turned out that that this was not necessary from a medical perspective, so I am over £1200 worse off after paying for unnecessary surgery.

A very bad experience. I thought I could trust the doctor and take medical advice but it turned out that I was mis-sold unnecessary and expensive cosmetic surgery. I have made a complaint to the General Medical Council.

I came all the way from Essex to Dr Nina and Dr Fatima, after a dr in Harley Street had literally ruined my face with bad placement of a filler called Uma Jeunesse, I visited 5 different drs in Harley St who were not comfortable injecting such high concentrations of hyalase to dissolve this filler and told me it was scar tissue, but Dr Nina and Dr Fatima have performed a miracle, after 4 treatment, 90% has gone after 2 years of hell! Amazing! Forge Harley Street I completely trust RTW as they're not about the profit, but the results themselves.

I have used Aksana at rtw-Skin, twice for laser mole removal and its been brilliant both times! As a man, I felt awkward approaching the perceived area of skin maintenance and ant aging treatment, but from enquiry to treatment the team at Cobden House Medical Centre could not have doen more to reassure me and put me at ease. Aksana, is professional, confident, competent and reassuring and I walked away each time feeling better about myself. The treatment was fast, pain free, healed quickly, cost effective and worked wonders! I had consider private hospital surgery but was "dragging my heals" as they said they would cut to remove the mole which would leave a scar, and then I discovered RTW skin, who made the treatment simple with no visible scarring or blemish - brilliant! Highly recommended.

I've had "beauty" treatments since I hit 40 and tried various places. Once I discovered RTW Skin, about 10 years ago, I haven't been anywhere else. You are never pushed to try new treatments but are given honest replies to any queries you have. They also go for the natural look so people just tell you that you look well not "What on earth have you done to your face!". Aksana is very kind and gentle and easy to talk to. (They also have very good offers sometimes and a membership that gives you 20% off).

Having visited RTWSkin around 5 times for 2 different treatments, I can highly recommend them. Aksana (who did my treatments) was fantastic with answering any questions I had and explaining the treatments, as well as providing any after care advice. She was also really friendly so instantly made me feel relaxed when I was initially a bit nervous before treatment.
The appointment times were all convenient for me and having completed the relevant forms before hand about medical history, you instantly felt assured that made right decision about visiting.
I will definitely be back as have always been given great care and been well looked after. The prices of treatments were also competitive as had compared against other places before choosing RTWSkin - definitely best decision I made as was so pleased with the results of my two treatments.

This is a lovely clinic with excellent staff and a professional service. Here you will find highly trained staff who know how to get the best as well as longer lasting and natural looking results. They are artists, not just injectors and that's what makes the crucial difference, that's why they're ahead of the competition. So if you want these treatments done well this is where you go. I've been to other places in the past but this is the best by far.

Love the staff live the treatments on offer, I used to go to Harley Street for my beauty fixes now I only go here, much better service and value.

I have got two sessions of "red carpet" treatment so far, but my skin is glowing already. Two deep wrinkles between my eyebrows have been flattened which I am so pleased with. I still have my third session to attend and I am expecting that another miracle will happen. I hope that my pigment areas around mouth will disappear completely.
The products that I bought are very good and every time I used them, it shows that they works. My skin is toned, smooth and looks healthier.

Absolutely wonderful clinic. The staff are friendly and the service is outstanding. The prices are great for the treatment recieved and paitent care is fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone seeking treatment!
