Staff made me feel like I was one of the family. Very well run clinic – very happy atmosphere. Will do all they can to accommodate your needs. Explain everything in detail and offer discounts to their customers on a a regular basis, making it affordable for many more people. Highly recommended.

The best service and staff - 100% recommend. I went to RTW unsure on how to cure my outbreak on my face (and was incredibly self conscious about it!) however, the team at RTW reassured me and gave me products to use which have completely changed the way i look and feel.

I have been going to RTW Skin for more than ten years now and my skin has completely changed over that time. I’m a single parent on a modest income, so I appreciate advice I’ve been given on how to get maximum value from RTW Skin’s products and services. I have taken advantage of their competitive finance scheme to spread the cost over time and I look out for their special monthly offers and discounted Christmas vouchers (which I admit to giving myself as a gift every year!)

I had my skin tags removed with Dr Fatima. I only wanted one done originally. It was a tiny one on my breast, which had grown over a couple of years, it was small but ugly I thought. She had a look and said she could easily get rid of it. The procedure is very quick, and the first one was painless! I think she did 2 injections, I could be wrong. I didn't feel a thing. She clipped it off then sealed the skin (not technical terms) and it was over in much less than 10 minutes. Got my aftercare info and off I went. It healed really nicely and quickly. I feel so much more confident now it's not sitting there looking gross. I also had some dark skin tags, 2 on the back of my neck and one on my lower back so I thought I may as well have those whipped off too. They were no where near as offensive as I found the boob one, but it's nice they are gone now too. It's nice to have smooth skin. I did feel those injections but I am very sensitive but it's a 2-second injection so nothing I wouldn't do again. I felt looked after and understood throughout each procedure. I highly recommend her and will continue using Dr Fatima for other treatments. Thank you

It’s amazing how one can get sucked into the name “Harley Street”. I recently visited RTW Skin in Tunbridge Wells. I’ve had two treatments so far and my only negative is that I wished I came here sooner!

Never get sucked in by a name because this clinic is a million times better than the clinic I went to on Harley Street for too many years!

RTW have beautiful, friendly and patient reception staff. They have wonderful, experienced therapists who actually care rather than rush the job. And then there is Nina and Dr Fatima who I saw today. Their reassurance, kindness and understanding was brilliant and the results were fantastic! RTW - see you soon!

I had fillers inserted into my my face by Dr Nina this week after an in depth consultation the week before. Having had Restylane inserted several times in the past in a London clinic with disappointing results I was a little doubtful about having more fillers. Well this time in my view the results are amazing. My husband thinks it has taken ten years off my face but more importantly I feel uplifted at seeing a younger me in the mirror. I do wish I had looked for RTW clinic sooner and not got sucked in by the lure of Harley Street. At the end of the day it is the skill and technique.of the injector, Dr Nina, and more importantly her ability to assess a face with sensitivity to place a filler where it will enhance the persons' natural attributes whilst listening to that persons' needs.at the same time. Visiting this clinic was a very enjoyable experience. All the staff were welcoming and professional and i would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is looking for an uplifting experience.

My mother had her lower face lasered at this clinic and they have scarred her face badly...rang to complain but no one was interested..it wasnt cheap either @£1400...disgusting treatment from Nina...Avoid...Her name is maureen Anthony and I drove her to this appointment so I find it funny that you cant find the appointment

The level of professionalism and service is excellent at RTW Skin. I recently had a cyst removed and throughout the process the staff had been very friendly, welcoming but also very professional and I have been very happy with the results. Thank you to the Fatima and the team at RTW Skin.

I totally recommend the Madonna Eye Lift if you are unhappy with sagging under your eyes. It takes only 1 hour and I was surprised at how quickly I healed. You only need to take one day off work and the results are amazing.

The staff are all very friendly and polite.

I am so pleased with my results from this procedure.....Dr Fatima was very knowledgeable and put me at ease on outpr first consultation. On the day of the procedure I was impressed with how efficient and painless the whole thing was, I was being reassured all the time and the follow up advice was very good.
My results have given me my confidence back and I highly recommend this clinic. I will definitely use them again in the future without any worries at all.

My acne and Seborrheic Dermatitis persisted throughout the years and it was affecting my self -esteem. All I wanted was a management plan to deal with these skin issues. Dr Fatima and the staff rtwskin were friendly and professional. Dr Fatima's informative approach about clearing my skin was very reassuring, by being empathetic and listening to what I had to say. I have now brighter skin. The Seborrheic Dermatitis has improved, although it will require ongoing maintenance as it is not a quick fix.

I went to RTW Skin earlier this year because my eczema had become so bad it was seriously effecting my quality of life. I felt very self conscious and the staff were all very sensitive and friendly, and made me feel comfortable. Dr Fatima Ahmed recommended phototherapy treatment and a non-steroid cream that I had never heard about from my GP. The improvement was amazing. Only a few days later it was considerably improved, particularly on my face which had been quite sore. It isn't a cure, but it has made my skin so much better I am not conscious of having eczema on a daily basis. I would very much recommend this clinic, and the phototherapy treatment.

I have lived all my life in different Asian countries. I came to UK for good 4 years back and since that time my 8 years old son is suffering from eczema or atopic dermatitis. I have seen various GPs and dermatologists but non of them were of any good.
2 weeks back I found out that there was some kind of infection in my son's scalp. He was having really bad pain in his head and puss was coming out from different places of his scalp. I was really worried. A friend of mine told me about Dr. Fatima. I took the appointment, which I got for that very day. I went to that clinic for the very first time. I was really impressed by the friendly environment over there. The staff was really helpful.
Dr. Fatima took us to her room in few minutes. She is such a lovely and understanding Doctor. She exactly knew how to make my son comfortable. She did a very detailed check up of his scalp and skin. She told me in detail what has happened and told me not to worry .
I was amazed that after using the medicines which she prescribed for 2 or 3 time, we could see the improvement already. In a week he was completely fine. I really want to thank Dr. Fatima for helping us. It's really difficult for a mother to see her child in a miserable situation. I am really satisfied with the clinic and the Doctor.

My eyes have bothered me for some time now. Having spent a lot of time sunbathing in my early thirties without sun block, the lines around my eyes were quite pronounced. I have spent a huge amount of money on various lotions being convinced I had at last found the "Elixir of Youth" but always ended up bitterly disappointed.

As I am not keen on invasive surgery, I read about The Madonna Eye Lift earlier this year and watched the You Tube Video of the actual procedure. I was so impressed by the instant results that I made the decision to have this procedure in July 2015. I am delighted with the results, and continue to see improvements around my eyes on a weekly basis.

It has made a huge difference to my self-confidence and to my life. The whole experience at rtwskin has been amazing, from the initial moment I walked in, to the treatment and the marvellous after care and excellent communication. Laser treatment is certainly the revolutionary way forward for corrective skin care and I am already looking forward to my next session with rtwskin later this year.

Long overdue review but wanted to say thanks so much to Dr Nina and Dr Aksana for being so amazing and making my skin look better again after c02 and PRP injections. They are always so friendly and professional and when I came to them over a year ago having had a bad case of chicken pox as an adult, my face was covered in very noticeable scars and I had lost all of my confidence. I had great scar free skin before this and was only 24 so it came as a real blow to my confidence.

The doctors treated me with c02 fractional laser and some scars with a light full resurfacing setting. We also used PRP to help healing and it has all made an incredible difference. They have filled in so much, some almost completely and hard to see them, discolourations are gone and they are now hardly noticeable and my face covers really well with makeup, which it certainly didn't before.

I went back recently for a very light c02 resurfacing on my scars as I didn't have much time to recover due to work and they look great, some more almost skin level and so much smoother!

I've only had c02 here three times and considering how deep they were I think the results are just amazing! Worth mentioning that aside from my treatment a few weeks ago, the last c02 treatment I had was around a year ago (I had the first two quite close together) and after 6 months I noticed even more improvment, even my friends noticed in the summer and thought I had had more treatment done but I hadnt, my improvement just seemed to continue for months and months afterwards.

Looking forward to seeing how they look again in 6 months!

Before I came here I had been to Harley Street but wasn't happy with the results and wanted somewhere a bit closer to me than London, although still nearly an hour away it's so worth it in many ways. I never looked back and have to say that RTW Skin is a million times better than anything there, the doctors are much more friendly, professional and the results are a million times better. The doctors here really care more and the reception staff are much more helpful and friendly. So pleased I found this place!

The prices are also extremely reasonable and worth every penny! Would never go anywhere else for c02 again. Also, unlike the place I went before, you can contact them if you have any worries and they are extremely helpful. You get an aftercare sheet with emergency contact on it and I trust if something went wrong they would help.

Thanks again RTW skin, you have been great and really helped me get my skin back and improve my confidence!!
