The "0 day lead time" has been over 4. Customer service is horrible.

I ordered a pair of size 11W 5.11 Tactical boots from RTS Tactical. I have been wearing this same boot in the same size for 10 years. The boots RTS Tactical sent me were marked 11W but were fully 1/2" shorter than my existing 11W boots and I could not get my foot into them. I sent them pictures proving the size error. I asked for a refund since the boots were clearly not 11w's even though they were marked that way. RTS customer service did not provide a full refund. They withheld shipping costs and insisted the fault was mine. I will never do business with RTS Tactical again. They don't stand behind the products they sell.

Despite all other reviews review I gave them a call to check availability on the OPS CORE product be cause no one have them in stock but RTS some how list as their does on website so I call them ,customer service was awesome so I order right the way and they shipped out next day awesome customer service that’s for sure🤙🏻

As a former FFL that dealt with a lot of equipment, their products are some of the best I’ve seen. Great customer service and fast delivery. Overall great experience with their products and service.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered two Magpie Daka cans from their website, which were listed as being in stock. The products were never shipped, and although I reached out to them twice to get an update, they never resounded. They either have terrible customer service and a website that listed false information, or they are an outright scam.
Edit: after several months of no communication, RTS eventually refunded my money. Still not recommended

Though i had tried to ask my question , is there an anti-fragmentation jacket i can add over my AR600 plates? As they will pepper my arms, legs and under chin or worse. They were persistent in their efforts to answer my question. I admire and reward that in my life. The answer is no its a coating. Guess ill have to make one🤷.

I am former military and these products hands down beat anything worn that was standard issue. Customer service and quality are A plus! Definitely recommend I'm 6 ft 200 lbs and the normal size plate carrier fit greats.

They use false advertising to show a product at a lower price than anybody else offers. When it was delivered it was only a filter and not the actual respirator that it shows. They wasted my time as I needed the respirator and now I have to find it from somebody else. I would not use them ever again

Absolutely love this plate carrier.Absolute upgrade from my usmc issued “eagle industries “carrier.Much more comfortable,breathable.And feels less bulky.I would recommend to anyone,who needs level 1v for daily wear.😎

Great customer service excellent products

RTS is a First Class company. Customer service response, virtually immediate. Armor product itself looks and fits as though it were made to my exact, measured upper body dimensions. Two, thin, armor steel plates for front and back insert fit perfectly. Entire vest with inserts fit and conceal very well under a Photographer's outer vest. Be advised I am one very physically fit individual.The suspension makes the extra 3-4#'s weight difference compared to no plates condition, well, hardly noticeable. $790 or thereabouts for all of it, including shipping. My PD, back in the day, w/o the plate inserts, individually measured for me with a 4 week wait, cost my PD $1500. And best of all: 100% DuPont Kevlar. Thanks much, RTS. I hit the range tomorrow with a colleague of mine. He now knows where to buy his vest. HAS

I've had the best customer service with RTS, hands down. Had to speak with a customer service representative about making a color change to my order and had no issues. So I don't see what some of the "reviewers" are complaining about. The people at RTS are absolutely the best.
The quality of their products is great. The "ultimate bundle" is absolutely fantastic. You've got to love when a company makes a business decision that gets you what you need for the best price around. I've done the comparison shopping and the research. RTS's "ultimate bundle" is absolutely the best deal around. Shipping is faster that I could expect. I've ordered 2 of their lvl.4 ultimate bundle packages, the first in 2021 and had it in five days. The second in 2022, (for the wife) in six days, (including Independence Day). Can't beat that. Can't beat the quality. Can't beat the deal.
I recommend that anyone wanting to get products from RTS should.

So I made over $2,000 of purchases from this company in a few weeks. I made one order by mistake. I called them to cancel it. They said it had shipped. It had not. I was in logistics and shipping for 17 years. So I called UPS. They had 7 hours to stop the shipment for a mistake I made I agree. But I had ordered over $2,000 prior. If you're not willing to accommodate that request then you are shady and need to be called out. Do not ever do business with this company. I can provide phone calls emails and documentation with the company and UPS to confirm. They have my email so I will gladly give it to you if you need confirmation. Sorry they won't let me give my email. Phone number 252-213-0076. I'm that pissed. Such a shame veterans and active duty can't rely on these people. I called all four numbers customer service sales etc and got the same freaking person. Found another supplier. Told them my situation and they were pissed and gave me they word they would be different. I have already placed an order that and seems to be a lot more credible than RTS. This company is a rip off. Not going to mention names but I'm prior military and showed my product to several active duty personnel. They said it was total b*******. Sorry just repeating what they said.

Shady company with no ethics. Hires freelancers and contractors and doesn't pay. Absolutely terrible. They are largely illiterate an incompetent. Would't trust anything they've made to protect your life.
