I was told I had a job. I ordered some plates. The job was rescinded. I tried to cancel the plates, since I had not received them yet, nor had they shipped. However, they had left the warehouse and RTS could not offer a refund. They did, however, graciously offer a store credit. Finally, I re-ordered the plates when the time was right, and now I have plates. They will look great in my fine china cabinet.

There seems to constantly be 10% and 15% off deals. I assume it never goes lower than that, but emails make sure I never miss anything. The edgy tough video ads don't hit my fancy though.

I really appreciated that this was my very first tactical vest purchase and I also purchased armor for my vest so I wanted to be sure about what I needed. RTS answered all of my questions and guided me every step of the way. I'm very happy with my purchase especially because they made sure I did it right the first time. I watched several video reviews of your product and the competition before finally settling with RTS. Hopefully I will never have to use this ever, but if I do I feel like I made the correct choice. Your website is easy to find available products. I orders something that was in stock according to your website, there was a little bit of a delay in the shipping of the Carrier and plates. I ordered a mag holder a couple days later and it almost arrived before my original order. Not a deal breaker....... Would recommend to anyone that ask me I would have to tell them about the delay I experienced.

I appreciate the panel being NIJ tested. Ordering was easy. Arrival date was ambiguous; for a couple days I did not know when it was going to be delivered.

Terrible company!! Just bought a tac rig and it didn’t fit tried returning it won’t let me return it and I have to pay to return it and pay extra for bigger size plates. First and last time ever buying. Now they want to respond saying they helped or tried helping me the point is it was zero mention about being able to return this plate carrier. It’s sitting in the box not ever used. Trying to respond sounding like you guys are helping but terrible customer service and you have to email them and wait for response. Customer service is not what I thought it would. DONT BUY!
