The side panel inserts should have been…
The side panel inserts should have been better designed, add more structure to that part so they do not flip as you try to connect them, the velcro attachments are subpar, get the quick connection version, the way the side plates connect is ridiculous, poor design. It took a lot of work to get this vest on, you will need a squire to assist you to get your armor on in a hurry.

WARNING: Essential Plate Carrier Kit Not Compatible With Most Products
Purchased two products that were assumed to work in conjunction with one another. Was informed (no information on either product page that they would not work well together) that I would not be able to receive a refund for any of the items I purchased, despite attempting to negotiate a partial return or product exchange.

Good company but haven't had the vest long enough to shape it to my liking so I don't know if it would mold correctly. If they send me a reminder in 6 months, I'll have a better review.

Outstanding Quality
The ordering process was excellent. The quality of the gear is outstanding! The only thing that didn't meet expectations was the delay in getting the order, but that was due to a back-order on part of the gear. So, aside from my impatience, everything was amazing!
