Was told by Rory It had Full service history. 3 months later and I'm still getting fobbed off with one lie after another ..do yourself a favour and buy a car from a reputable car dealership.

Would NOT recommend this company at all, appalling service from start to finish, spoke to in an unprofessional manner, verbally abused over the phone, been lied too and most of all had fraudulent activity down towards our name, disgusted and would stay clear of this company and been left in awful situation due this shocking company! Stay clear otherwise you’ll be treated in a vile manner and spoke to like a piece of dirt

Just received our beautiful Audi Q8.
Both the car and the service received from RS car sales were first class.
From Rory in sales to Adam and Steve who delivered the car and demonstrated what it could do, the whole process has been both fast and faultless. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The customer service is excellent, everything is explained to you and they have time for you.

Great experience from start to finish did everything he said he was going to do viewed the car Saturday left a deposit and collected it the following Saturday car looked immaculate and I then paid the full amount. Rory said if you need anything for the car in the next 3 months it’s fully warranted first class surface, molly.

They have the gift of the gab when it comes to selling you a car but once they have your money their unprofessionalism and inexperience shines through. Although they sell the cars with 12 months MOT and new service i turned up and my car had no MOT but conveniently it only took them 15 minutes to produce a fresh one for it. The car clearly wasn't serviced the filter looked original and the oil was black. Once I eventually got the car home realised it was running rough and smoking badly so they agreed to have a look and reported no fault found no codes were stored although the engine management light was previously on. Said to keep running it and call them again if it comes back. Which it inevitably did the same day on my 3 hour journey home. Called them and I was accused of lying or I must be driving it wrong. To my anger I demanded they either fix it or give my money back. They said they would call me back with an available date. Heard nothing off them since and calls ignored. Avoid!

Bought a BMW from here 6 weeks ago, what a mistake. Spent £5k on buying the car, since spent over £2k fixing it.

Wheels were the wrong size for the car meaning the tyres were rubbing in the wheel arch all the way home from the garage. Called the owner, he washed his hands, full of waffle, and fairly snotty about it.

Called him again a week later, when our own garage changed the wheels (and tyres) they found the shock absorbers, brakes and discs had gone too. Guess what, he wasn’t interested in that either. We were told car hadn’t been safe when we bought it, horrifying really as we had a 200 mile journey to get home.

Now the passenger door won’t lock, and the car is in BMW today having a new FRM control unit as the dashboard is looking like a disco! Another grand!

We had a months warranty from him, but he started by selling us a car which wasn’t safe to be driven, and followed up by refusing to adhere to his own warranty. We’re very out of pocket and wondering what else is wrong with it.

MY BEST ADVICE - DON’T BUY A CAR FROM THIS MAN

BE AWARE. I bought a BMW from these guys, took it for a wash the next day and it was scratched all over the place. Back bumper painted, the car was involved in an accident and it is showing HPI clear.
Needed new brakes front and back, needed full service, they said that service was done but not, oil was pure black air filters full of dust. Horrible company. They have young boys in that small garage doing makeup on every car so it looks nice, most of them don't have a clue about the cars. If you are buying from these cowboys be very very careful. But I would suggest DON'T DO IT.
