Love this site! Have played on quite a few casino sites and this one isn't bad at all. There is a lot to choose from at the game library. deposited a large sum a large large sum in the same day, many games were not working the only one I managed to play I didn't even get the bonus with more than 10k. Contacted customer service to know if that was normal and they disconnected from the chat

This is the worst casino online site to use, they are rude disgusting and are not honest nor do they honour your winnings. I played on this site and did not realise they are a sister company to a site I removed myself from years ago. I played on this site unknowingly and won £1600 however they refused to pay me my winnings and in fact stated they have refunded me back my deposits which of course was wayyyy less then the amount I won. I spoke to some on live chat who told me I would be paid my winnings and have screen shots of saying this. However the next day I contacted again as my winnings was not showing on the withdrawal history. I was then told I had to submit ID documents which I did. After doing that I was blocked I then called in & was told (ONLY THEN MIGHT I ADD) that I was blocked on a sister site therefore I’m blocked here. They said I was not entitled to my winnings however the night before & the next day I was not told this at all (when speaking to a member of their team the guy never once said anything like that in fact he told me he can see the withdrawal transaction and I’ll be paid that within 2-5 days once it’s processed.)

I am still trying to resolve this, I was told they have raised this to the dispute managers & but of course no response I tried emailing again to see if there’s an update & nothing back as excepted from a dodgy site.

They don’t honour player wins and make you feel like so low. Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time with this casino.

This casino used to be one of my favourites because the match up bonuses were decent enough...not 10%, wins were good..i was usually lucky enough to bank decent amounts and scatters/features during game play was frequent. Im not sure what has happened to this casino but the match up bonuses are awful, winning is impossible and scatters during game play is virtually non existant. I havent had a decent win in over a year. Not impressed. Not sure i will be playing here again. Waste of money and time when there are too many other better casinos out there. Deposited $250 on a Friday morning at Roxypalace using Instadebit, but the money magically just never showed up in the casino account. And they told me “the attempted deposit didn’t go through and payment dapartment is not open until Monday” so I have to wait until then for someone to look into the issue (wait that long to have it looked into, not fixed, just looked into!)

And they claim the “attempted” deposit failed even though the transaction is showing in the history on both Roxypalace and Instadebit accounts.

So i messaged Roxypalace saying credit my deposit or refund my money now. And they just ignore me..

every time there's an email or notification in your promo page of free money with no deposit, all the links don't work...it just takes you in circles...when you contact support (via live help which they don't offer links that work to that either), they ask for the original email or a screen shot which is always impossible because by then its expired....its always a scam...roxy is just a scam

Absolutely terrible site with terrible customer servicecand glitching games. Closed my account but it wasn't closed so ended losing more on their slow servers and delayed video feeds.

Roxypalace.com casino are an absolute joke . I am a verified member and they have all the documents they need for paying out .I won money on the 18th April 2019 its now the 22nd April 2019 and they are using the Easter holiday weekend for not processing my withdrawal as an excuse for it taking so long .I think this is a total load of Bo***x in this day and age as other sites such as Skybet and Bet365 payout straight away with now waiting . The customer Help Chat ,you could tell the operator Marie was reading off a script with the answers she gave .

Because I had not fully played out the £10 free no-deposit bonus from registering a couple of days ago, I was still to wager over £240 before my welcome bonus would be awarded.
Having only £0.23 left on my Roxy Palace account from the £10 deposit I think it highly unlikely I shall receive my bonus now, what a con!

This is not the worst casino out there. But Roxy Palace will never be one of the greats. They are new kids on the block but they have got so many things wrong. Your initial deposit is added to the free bonus if you want it or not and youre 35 X wagering reqirement for cashout also applies to your deposit. This effectively means that you have to spend weeks if not months to get your deposit back no matter how much it is. This is very bad business practice and will destroy their reputation

Why can I not choose to ignore the bonus at Roxy? It is always bonus cashout and withdrawal problems that tie people up in knots!! I want to deposit and play but by adding the bonus to my pot I have to play for ever to withdraw! Such a terrible casino. Their “bonus “ screwed me over . I didn’t even want the bonus then when I wanted to cash out I couldn’t and was told I had to keep playing In order to be able to take out my winnings. Well funny thing about continuously playing baccarat is in the end you always lose. You have to get out when your up and doing really well. Never had any issues with roxy, fast payouts, fun slots and you can win there every now and then.
