I have been trying to get verified for three days now. They keep requesting additional documentation. For example - They want a tax bill within the last three months… where I live, taxes are billed ANNUALLY. My last tax bill was in November. I sent it anyway. I do not have anything to cash out, so I am not sure what the issue is. My driver’s license and bank statement both have the same address, which is my current address, and matches the utility bill that I submitted, and I am assuming was rejected. They didnt give me a reason, just asked for additional documentation. I am verified on 20+ other sites, and havent had an issue like this. This is the last bit of documentation I am submitting. If they do not accept it, then I won’t play on their site. There are plenty of others.

Their own terms and conditions do not list Indiana as a restricted state. They allowed me to purchase packages knowing I am in Indiana. Then upon verification time they tell me that I can only use gold coins since I am in Indiana. They refuse to refund me even though their T&C don’t list Indiana as restricted. None of the other Zula sister sites restrict Indiana. Poor customer service and bad policies. Don’t trust them.

I see others saying they have issues with the verification process. I have to say that being stalled for verification while waiting to redeem a larger amount is an absolute breach of ethical business practices, and I hope that is not what is truly happening on this platform. All I can speak about is my experience. I deposited, sent in for verification, won (a smaller amount), was verified (with proof of residence change), and requested redemption, all in 2 days. To me, that is impressive.
I can't give 5 stars because some items are undone. At this moment, I would recommend them.

Very exciting new up-to-date games that you can win on I did have a problem with the bonus on one of the games but customer service fixed it and within like 10 minutes they had credit in my account $20 so I'm very glad of that I definitely give them five stars

The platform is welcoming and easy to navigate. Since joining a few days ago it had worked well with the exception of a few hours yesterday (4/16). Games kept timing out and freezing. At one point I hit a bonus and the game timed out several times and I had to keep reloading it. Eventually the bonus ended and I had a win of 103 SC which did not get added to my balance. I contacted support and they were communicative and helpful, they even gave me a 20 SC credit while it was looked into. However, they did not find the 103 SC win and it was not credited to my account. Lesson learned, take screenshots when in doubt. I will still continue using it if the games continue to be reliable!
