The shampoo and conditioner is a great product. I've seen a difference using this product but I wish the bottles were a little bit bigger since paying 50+ dollars every 2 months for the subscription but other then that I love the product

Routine Shampoo and conditioner is a wonderful product! My hair has never been thicker fuller. So healthy. I’ve been using for over a year and it’s my go to for hair care. I have gifted snd recommending it to all my friends!

I am having difficulty getting to talk to someone about my issue. I placed an order and the amount was removed from my credit card. The company contacted me to say they are waiting for me to complete my order. I have done that, they have been paid but now are not sending the order. I seem to have no recourse as they are not answering me, they have my money but are not sending me the product. Do I have to travel to Dallas to talk to someone to get either the product or my funds returned?

my hair has stopped falling out and is successfully growing back, I also take a biotin supplement- but I did not see any difference in biotin alone for 10 months. A little goes along way, at first I ised it every was for first 4 weeks now I use every other to every 3 washes. Its a great product.

My hair looks amazing since using Routine. I have been using it for a couple of years now. My hairdresser has also noticed new growth to my thin hair. I am a customer for life!

My best friend went online and looked at every hair loss shampoo and so she purchased the shampoo and conditioner for me to try. She told me from what she read about the product sounded better than the other products she researched. I used the shampoo and conditioner a few times and wound up shaving my hair anyway. I used routine twice a week while my hair grew back. My hair is healthier,stronger,and thicker than it was before chemotherapy. I’ve been using this product for a couple of years and it’s hands down the best product I’ve used on my hair. The fallout settled and my hair has definitely thickened up. I have grey hair and it doesn’t look brassy, In fact I’ve had many comments on how good my hair is looking.. and how the colour looks great!! Never thought I’d hear that about my grey hair.. My hair is thin and thought after the advertisement the shampoo would help. No the products made it worse like straw. This product for me was advertised with at a good chance of improvement but it’s worse than most shampoo I’ve ever used and not cheap!

I have had thin and fine hair all my life and tried many products with no imprivement. I read a review and thought Routine Wellness might be worth a try. After a few washes, I began to think that my hair looked thicker. On my next visit to my hairdresser, she asked me what I had been using as my hair was definitely thicker. She remarks on it each time I go now, so I am definitely going to keep using it, even if I have to get it from USA (I live in England). I have thinning hair. I saw thousands of positive reviews for this shampoo on Facebook so I ordered it. It wasn’t cheap. My hair is dry and I dye it. This shampoo made my hair like a straw mop. Absolutely dry and unmanageable. Couldn’t even run a comb through it. I’ve now gone back to my regular shampoo but I’m really upset with my experience with Routine shampoo & conditioner. I feel scammed.
