Very helpful and knowledgeable about the product

Went in to Roomes to purchase a pair of shoes, from Moda in Pelle, with a matching handbag… was served by a wonderful member of staff (I think her name was Stacey) she was on her own, and serving multiple customers… she was very helpful and friendly, she was attentive, and made sure none of us were neglected… well done… will definitely shop here again.

Roomes is an extremely attractive store with a wide range of furniture and accessories. I was helped significantly by Ben who helped me find exactly the right chair I was looking for. He was extremely pleasant and helpful.

I attended roomes to purchase a sofa.
Toni neill was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the products we wanted to purchase. We were not rushed and he went the extra mile throughout the sales journey.

We purchased our sofa today from Tony Neil the salesman at Roomes Stores.
Tony couldn't have been more helpful.He was polite,knowledgeable & we were under no pressure.He did not hesitate to call up a manufacturer to see if they could provide the sofa in a colour not on the usual swatches.
Tony is an absolute asset to the store.

Very impressed with this company. Ordered a lamp and very quickly received an acknowledgement - more personal than the usual. Estimated delivery four days which is reasonable. It actually took two days. Excellent communication. Item very well packaged and in perfect condition. Cheaper than elsewhere. I would certainly recommend Roomes and would shop here again.

We went in to look at a sofa and Tony was nothing short of wonderful. Extremely helpful and in no way “pushy”, very knowledgeable and gave superb advice. He made the whole buying experience a pleasure. We’ve always had a great experience with the staff at rooms and today was no exception.

Ben was so helpful. No pressure to buy. A real asset to the company. He even offered to come in to meet us on his day off.
