I have bought from a few places now and quality bottles is far superior to competitors on all fronts. The 100ml dropper bottles and polycone caps are miles better quality than anywhere else ive bought from and at a cheaper price too. The delivery time is very quick, up to now its always been next working day delivery wich is better than a 2 week processing time seen at other suppliers ive used. The customer service are very responsive and go above and beyond to make sure youre happy with your order. I will definitly be buying my bottles up to 100ml here from now on.

Delivery was incredibly fast, and everything arrived perfectly packaged with zero breakages, which is always a concern with glass. You can tell real care has gone into both the handling and the overall process.

The quality of the packaging itself is spot on. The 30ml bottles paired with the gold pipettes look beautiful and feel premium, perfect for our organic rosehip oil. The 50ml glass jars with matte black lids are just as impressive and work brilliantly for our organic face masks.

Bought 20ml and 30ml bottles from them to use as samples for my spirits company. Very quick delivery and great quality. Tested them and the cap seals tightly with no leaks whatsoever. When I e-mailed them, thinking that there was a mixed up with the orders, I received an immediate response, clarifying things. Will definitely be coming back to them for my other bottling needs

I received my items from Quality Bottles and I could not be happier on a Monday morning! The service is truly outstanding. I was extremely stressed trying everywhere to source my bottles, pipettes and wiper inserts. I kept ordering samples and feeling disappointed.

When I spoke to Rowland, who is incredibly knowledgeable, he was so helpful and reassuring. You can really tell he is passionate about providing the best possible service. After our conversation, I felt completely confident that I didn’t even need to order another sample and was happy to place a bulk order straight away.

I ordered on Friday at 1:30pm and my delivery arrived Monday morning at 10am. The turnaround was amazing.

This was my first time using Quality Bottles and it will definitely not be my last. My jars arrived quickly and safely in the best packaging I have ever had from any company selling glass containers. I would highly recommend this company if you are purchasing glass jars or bottles. The delivery was also incredibly quick. I have been ordering supplies online since 2020 from several different companies and this is by far the best service I have had to date. Great job!

I have made several purchases from this company and love their service and their prices. Only one thing lets them down: their stock levels. I want to be able to purchase repeatedly from the same supplier to provide uniformity in packaging to my customers. Pretty much every time I go to reorder, at least one type of tin or bottle is out of stock, forcing me to go elsewhere and often this means slightly different sizing or dimensions. Please order higher levels in - they clearly do sell out and I would like to continue ordering from you.

I am absolutely delighted with the jars I have received from quality bottles for my Body Butters. I purchased 30g / 60g amber glass jars and have to say, I had previously struggled to find a company that sold the size jars that I needed, that also came with aluminium caps. I needed my whole packaging to be recyclable and environmentally friendly, with zero plastic, but could only previously find jars with plastic caps. With Quality Bottles, I finally found what I was looking for and at a good price.
Jars are solid, strong, thick and the lids fit perfectly. The quality is outstanding, professionally beautiful, which aligned with my brand’s aesthetic. I have to say, my order was handled with the utmost curtesy & speed, with excellent communications. My order was delivered the next day, tightly and nicely packed, with no damages. I could not be happier, and I am so pleased that I have finally found a great local company where I can purchase jars for my business.

Purchased a bunch of items that were dispatched very promptly. I had some communication with the company prior to this, my first purchase and their response was exceptionally quick and very friendly.

My items arrived in superb condition which I can only imagine is down to the brilliant packaging that I was greeted by upon opening my box of goodies! All items were individually wrapped sparing no bubble wrap and tonnes of void fill kept everything secure and in place. The attention to this detail was quite phenomenal in my opinion so whomever packaged my items, well done to you sir/madam!

I recently purchased some items from Quality Bottles and I have to say their online chat is probably the best I’ve used. You’re genuinely talking to humans, not AI bots! The service was excellent, especially Richard, who was very pleasant, polite, and extremely helpful. They really go the extra mile for their customers and you can’t ask for more than that.
