One star as zero is not an option. Little effort shown in trying to sell my flat, which has been on the market for 14 weeks. One viewing 3 days after it went on the market. The team rarely keep in touch and don't always reply to emails. All in all, a very poor service.

Just recently completed my house purchase and used Alistair Bowman again as my mortgage advisor. He is amazing at what he does. Very professional and fantastic at staying in contact throughout the full process. Would 100% recommend!

From start to finish the service was great.
We had an accurate valuation and professional photography, which showed our property off to best advantage. Throughout there was good communication and reassurance that all was in order. Staff kept our buyers on board when we were finding it difficult to find a suitable property. We received lots of much appreciated and helpful advice from experienced staff.
A friendly team I can highly recommend.

I highly recommend going through this estate agents the staff where very helpful.
If you need a mortgage broker you need to go with Michael storey, I had quite a few issues and he sorted them all out for me.
He always get back to you in rapid time. If you need to talk about anything he is always just a call away.
Overall just very helpful.

Alistair has been an absolute blessing throughout the whole process. I was initially referred to him while viewing a property marketed by RMS, and from the very beginning it was clear he really knew his stuff.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made what can be a very stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. He is incredibly friendly, helpful and reassuring, and always took the time to explain anything I was unsure about.

Alistair is genuinely approachable and easy to talk to, no matter what stage of the process you’re at, and he consistently went above and beyond to help keep everything moving wherever he could. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.

I have never used a mortgage advisor before and was understandably spectacle. Never the less I signed up with Alistair Bowman for the service and it’s the best thing that I have ever done concerning mortgages. His professionalism is second to none always going the extra mile in terms of the best mortgage available. He even significantly reduced my purchase price! In regular contact keeping the client updated with latest developments and is always willing to help in whatever capacity is needed right up to exchange and completion. Overall making a very stressful process less so.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alistair’s services to anyone.
