Approach them with confidence, as they will be able to fulfil your design dreams.

Great wardrobes, lots of problem solving to fit in the items that I was interested in.
Additional kitchen cupboard added into the existing kitchen that came with the newbuild - easy process from their original designs, helpful and good with suggestions!

Roma were highly recomended and we are so glad we took up that recomendation. We are delighted with our kitchen. They offer a very personal service and their cutomer care is excellent.
A great experience from start to finish.

We have no problem with the quality of the kitchen, our problem is with their customer service which is non existent.
Bought and paid for the kitchen and had it installed by our carpenter who was working in our house.
We had numerous parts missing, wrong parts delivered but worst of all they did not supply the draw fittings.
I tried contacting them by phone and e-mail more time than I can remember to supply the items but they just ignored me.
It’s a shame as they could be a great company but not until they change their attitude.

We have used Roma on three separate occasions and have always received an excellent service from initial meetings, design, fitting right to completion. Our son recently had his kitchen refitted in his small flat and we cannot fault the service. The design by John was challenging but he overcame problems and produced a great plan. The project manager, Chris, had great suggestions and made several site visits during and after fitting to ensure work was to a high standard.

I would highly recommend Roma for quality kitchens, design and fitting. A very friendly, honest company.

We seriously can’t thank Roma enough for delivering our dream kitchen! From the first time we met Chris, we felt that we were in safe hands. He was endlessly patient as we tweaked the final design several times and provided a wealth of experience and knowledge to the process which delivered such a stunning result – and within budget!
Chris gave us such confidence that everything was under control, which enabled us to relax and focus on other aspects of our project.
The design software produced such realistic images (the best we’d seen by far) and this really helped to visualise the final design.
The quality of the product is first class.
Of course, good fitting is essential too and Mark was simply exceptional. Such a craftsman and perfectionist. It’s hard to imagine that there’s a better fitter in the business. Thanks Mark!
Our worktops were provided and fitted by Apex Masonry. Again, the templating and fitting went like a dream (apart from the 3 month Covid lockdown interruption!!) and the finish is the icing on the cake.
We have no hesitation in recommending Roma Kitchens. The overall service from start to finish was brilliant and our new kitchen is everything we dreamed it would be. Thanks Chris!

Our kitchen is relatively small in size. Storage was minimal, it was dated and just not working for us at all. From the moment we met John he worked to create our beautiful new contemporary kitchen, maximising hidden storage.
Great craftsmanship and fantastic finishing with spot on measurements.Roma saw the project through from beggining to end by suppling their own tradesmen. If you don’t want the hassle of organising parts of the build yourself and you want to be confident measurements and details are correct then you can rely on Roma to do an excellent job.

We had an excellent experience with Roma from the design appointment through the entire process. We are so happy with the quality of the kitchen and the professionals who've been in our home. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Good service once they responded!! They were slow to respond to our emails but once the item was eventually ordered the installation was prompt and efficient.

We would like to thank you for all at Roma for your help in pulling our project together, speaking to our builders when necessary, holding back on the kitchen delivery and work surface templating because of building delays and also the delivery of bits and pieces subsequently, that were required.

Your company have been fantastic, the materials are of excellent quality and It has been worth paying slightly more to get what we want.
