wild country HMS synergy autolock, good, secure, positive action, used in rope access and treework, thanks for a quick delivery.

Great product with best value, great communication and very happy customer, cheers

Quick and reliable service, thanks very much.

Always a very good service.

The title says it all really.

Made a mistake when ordering a pretty expensive item, so tried correcting this and ended up ordering two similar items! One quick email sorted this however and the guys at Rock+Run refunded my money for the order I'd mistakenly place.

Will be returning to their store in the future based on the great service and prices.

Ordered a chalk bag over the weekend, it arrived by Tuesday. Product is good quality and very reasonably priced.

A friend forwarded me a link to a pair of mountaineering boots on the Rock+Run website, and I was delighted with the price. I ordered them straight away and received them within a few days. I'm really pleased with the boots, extremely happy with the price, and the speed at which they were delivered was brilliant.
Thanks Rock+Run. I shall definitely be buying more from you in the future.

I was searching for hiking poles for my dad on-line and found the ones I was interested in. I then searched for stockists and discovered Rock + Run sold them the cheapest and delivered to my dads area (Cornwall) for free. I found their website to be clear and concise. My order was delt with quickly with great communication via Email. They sent the poles out using Royal Mail within three days and I was able to track the order which would help me as I was not receiving them directly. However, I didn't need to, as I received an email when dispatched, on arrival at my local post depo, and when finally delivered. As I didn't receive the parcel myself I can't comment on packaging but my dad has not reported any problems with his new poles. For me this was the perfect service from start to finish.

An accessible website with a good range of products. Delivery times were as promised. Overall, very satisfied.

received high class item next day after ordering....the price was fantastic, couldn't be more happier with buyer experience

Easy to use and quick service; I would use them again.

I bought a DMM Cirque Ice Axe from Rock + Run. Initially I was attracted by the great price on this item but also liked the 'local' shop look to the business, not that I am local.
Item was delivered next day so full marks for a great service

Fantastic service and prices.

In Rock + Run, I found what I needed.
In addition to the great price.
Expensive but fast shipping and right up to the door

you get what you pay for, no fuss keen prices. The choice is limited to the deals they choose, but that's what this kind of business is about. been using them for the best occasional deals for years.

This was my second bought from Rock + Run and service is great. They send parcel very quickly and even I get a free copy of Climb magazine.

My order was despatched and arrived very quickly. New picks arrived in time for use on Ice climbing trip to Cogne, despite last minute ordering by me, which was fantastic. Thanks very much!

brought some climbing shoes, accidentally selected the wrong size but was able to exchange for another size. really amazed how quickly the new pair came.
