The product was wonderful but expensive…everything else a bit woeful
The product was wonderful but expensive - close to UKP 5,000 for an armchair, even with a hefty discount. The service post sales just awful. The delivery lackluster - no product wrapping and it looked as if a return was sent to me.
The response below says it was a clearance item and sold as is. I was never told that till now or whatever that means!! I honestly thought it was used or returned! I do feel a bit deprived!

I placed order on furniture and was delivered than I came back to showroom and ordered pair of sofas a coffee table and a dinning table sales lady told me by tomorrow will send you invoice and will set delivery and export prices I said should I pay they said no will send you invoice tomorrow next day did not receive email or call so I can following day and to my shocking that they sold the furniture I booked even store had a credit note from my side … very disappointing in store handling

I’m have been your client in the past when creating my new home in Hampsted in 80 th… after downsizing I bought one important piece and some chairs …..very recently I called on your store that is moving and found fantastic discounts …. Thinking ahead , I will be moving again, I decided that it will make sense to change the existing carpet …. Impulsively I bought one that I saw suitable for the future and the current situation ….. on arrival home I realized that it is not suitable at all to be used now and as I have no facility to store ..,. I asked your lovely sales woman to cancel the order …. I did not read the very small print of your service terms ….and felt very helpless …. To my delight after her negotiating on my behalf with the manager the store allowed my cancellation only one hour after purchase ….. thank you again Juni ? Spelling …… you have guaranteed my continued custom in the future 💖
