Excellent service received from Robertsons solicitors dealing with my nephew's personal injury claim.
They were friendly and very approachable from start to finish. The communication was prompt and clear whether by email or telephone from Anne-Marie Adams, Rosie-May Thompson and Andrew Collingbourne.
What impressed us the most was their dedication in securing a quick settlement in the circumstances for the injury.
Their support and knowledge made a difficult time more manageable and we are incredibly grateful for the result they achieved on our behalf.

During the start great weekly updates, very friendly staff and happy to explain the expectations and process, however when things slowed down communication was slower and different agencys and services were contacting myself, saying there was no update from my solicitor which was a little fustrating, as I had to do some chasing. Second time using Robertsons with my moves and would use them again regardless.

My experience with Robertsons Solicitors was very effective. They were prompt and informative when I asked questions and helped me navigate what was a difficult process with skill and dexterity. They collected all the required documents speedily and produced an effective appeal argument that helped me in my process. My experience began in January 2024 and they stayed with me through out until it was over offering helpful and needed advice through all stages of the process.

Natalie has been amazing from the start right up until the end, any queries asked were answered straight away and any problems we had were sorted asap. We can’t thank you enough for assisting with completing on our first home.
