Andrew Collingbourne and Anne - Marie Adams took on my case persuing my employer regarding a complex incident in my workplace.
Throughout the lengthly process (the other side dragged their heals) Andrew and his team remained vigilant and provided me with the best advice along the way and remained persistent.
Obviously these type of claims can be very emotive but I was met at each stage with sensitivity, expertise, professionalism and compassion.
I cannot thank Andrew enough for bringing justice which will enable me to move on with my life.

Andrew and his team resolved the issue within 2 months with impressive tenacity and professionalism. I cannot thank them enough

Be aware of misleading quotes; I have used Robertsons twice before to sell my investment properties and have had absolutely no issues and a great service (although that was the Barry Branch) However this time using the Cardiff Branch I am completely disappointed on how my instruction of sale has been handled. I have just sold my home through Yopa and even though they offer a package using their solicitors I opted out and paid a fee to use my own, Robertsons who I highly regard!....It turns out that was very misguided. At the beginning of September after a telephone conversation with the Cardiff Branch, I accepted a quote they issued via email and instructed them to progress the sale. A few weeks later they sent a link to fill in all the buyers details and fixtures and fittings etc, which I was delayed in completing waiting on the buyer to decide his solicitors etc. Unfortunately the link had expired by a few days so contacted Roberstons to see if they could resend it, which apparently was not a problem they had all my details on file and I had been assigned a conveyancer, Robin Street. The link didn't come through so contacted again, same thing no problem we will resend it now. But again nothing ?.... However I did get an email from Kim who explained the quote was now out of date and attached a revised one with no explanation as to why the cost had more than doubled. All the details were the exactly same (I was not purchasing a property just selling) I contacted Kim thinking it was a minor misunderstanding or miscommunication somewhere and it would be easily resolved, but this was not to the case. It was made clear that their computer system had made an error sending the quote, six weeks ago, and they could not honour that quote as it was not viable for them.
From my prospective this process although not illegal is certainly not good practice Robertsons and questionable ?
The purpose of this review is to make other people aware of your processes which are unclear . Although your quote itself clearly states it is only valid for 30 days there is nothing visible that states if accepted but the link to complete sale details expires everything cancelled and you have to start all over again. And in my case my with a quote that had doubled over in costs if I want to proceed

Very impressed with Andrew Collingbourne, Rosie Thompson and Anne Marie Adams of Robertsons Solictiors during a very difficult time whereby I was experiencing a great deal of stress due to my legal case.
