Outstanding service and fast delivery
I was incredibly impressed with my experience ordering from Robinsons of Bawtry. I placed my order at around 3am on a Saturday morning and, amazingly, it arrived the following day on Sunday. I honestly wasn’t expecting it anywhere near that soon.
The packaging and presentation were also exceptional. Everything was beautifully presented in tissue paper, with my order details enclosed in a smart black envelope. It was a lovely touch and made the whole order feel that little bit more special.
I also contacted the team regarding a small issue with one of the items and found them friendly and helpful throughout.
Incredibly professional service from start to finish. Other companies should take note and be more like this!
