The staff were so helpful on the phone and in person and also friendly yet professional.
Could not fault the experience.
The watch was also repaired in under 4 weeks.
Would recommend to anyone.

Great people, great jewellers. Very happy with the watch i bought from Robert Gatward, price and service were excellent. Really well looked after by the staff from start to finish, made to feel like a valued customer. The Windsor store was excellent too, fantastic range to look at, from the brands they stock. So impressed i ordered another watch.

Sharon looked after us and I was looking to buy some Diamond Earrings for my wife. Extremely happy with the service we received and I didn't feel forced into anything, well not by your staff ;-).

I called her later as my wife couldn't make her mind up and she put them aside. When I picked them up she kindly gift wrapped them for me, again not rushed out of the store. Felt a valued customer.

I waited almost 8 months for my ring to be made . The first ring they gave me was not what I ordered ( a solitaire with small stones on each side down the band ) I ordered a three stone with small stones down the band . I so they had to remake it . I had given them sentimental diamonds , bar one that they supplied . Then had to wait until after Christmas and end of January 2025 , as the workshop closed. Once I got it , it was catching on everything , so we took it back .My husband would not let me back to the store as I was quite unhappy. When he went to collect it they all TESTED it etc . However it is still the same as before, it is sharpish and catches on everything , still . But here is the biggest gripe I have , Laura said that they had decided that I could not ever take it back . Considering I had only taken it back that once and I had waited for such a long period , I find it an insult. My husband will be upset that I have written this review. But I feel that we were treated with disrespect as I was not rude to them . The only thing I felt was they took the sparkle out of my engagement ring with their attitude. I would NOT recommend them . I guarantee I would not be complaining if this was not valid . Lesley L
