The Rigid Kitchen Company Recensioni

Lee and David the fitters telephoned to ask if they could arrive early which was fine. They duly arrived and commenced work. The fitting was complete very quickly even though it required some difficult work. There was no mess and the quality of work is truly excellent.
It was very pleasing to meet Lee again who fitted our kitchen originally approximately ten years ago and we were delighted with his skills back then. I have no hesitation in recommending The Rigid Kitchen Company.

just had a wardrobe fitted by Rigid kitchens, excellent service John designed exactly what I wanted and the fitters were 1st class, definitely would recommend.

We have just had our kitchen fitted by The Rigid Kitchen company and are so pleased with everything, from the design service with John, to the quality and the fitting. Spencer, our fitter, was excellent, very professional and has a good eye for detail. I would recommend the company to anyone looking to buy a new kitchen.

Having been delighted with a new kitchen we had fitted by Rigid Kitchens four years ago we developed a leaky tap.On contacting them for advice within a few days workmen arrived with spare parts etc. and solved the problem. Once again we are so impressed with everyones efficient and friendly service.
Thank you and well done.

The Rigid Kitchen Company recently fitted my moms kitchen whilst liaising with me to ensure accuracy throughout. From the moment we met David for the purpose of our quote and the efficiency that followed is second to none, ensuring all our needs were met. Then we met Kevin the fitter, who quite honestly is the nicest gentleman with vast experience and expertise. Again going the extra mile for my mom ensuring all her needs were met. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My moms kitchen is stunning. If you are looking for a new kitchen, look no further than Rigid Kitchens. 100% all the way. Thank you

We had our dream kitchen fitted by Rigid Kitchens in Shenstone. They were fantastic from start to finish. The fitter Spencer was a perfectionist- a really professional finish. Thanks also to John for the design of the kitchen - spot on! and Dawn who was always available to give advice. Excellent value. In love with the Quooker!

We have been nothing but impressed with Rigid from start to finish. Dave designed exactly what we wanted and helped us with what we weren't sure about. We went through the whole process without any stress at all. We are so happy with our beautiful kitchen. Thanks a million Rigid.

We chose The Rigid Kitchen Company to help us with our new kitchen extension. John in the showroom was excellent, he helped us work out a layout that made the best use of the space and helped us make choices that resulted in a fantastic, high quality kitchen that was well within our budget. The end result looks absolutely fantastic, especially due to the attention to detail and professionalism of Chris who fitted the kitchen so wonderfully. Absolutely delighted with the end result. Highly recommend.

We have a small kitchen which is big enough for two of us so we didn’t want to extend it but it needed an overhaul & we wanted to make better use of the space available. We tried a couple of the well known kitchen companies but didn’t feel they were helping us to get wanted (but were really keen to ask for a deposit!) so we almost gave up. Seeing one of Rigid’s vans in the local area was fate! From the moment we walked into their showroom to the day they left our home, they were brilliant! They made suggestions about the best layout and materials, arranged the plasterers, electricians, floor tiler and worktop fitters (who were all professional, accommodating & finished work to a high standard), and left us with a fantastic kitchen which we love. Their fitter, Spencer, was an absolute star! He made sure we were happy & kept us informed about what was happening and when.

I honestly could not recommend Rigid Kitchens highly enough. They’ve given us a high quality kitchen at a good price. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Having a new kitchen can be an experience likely to have many "potholes" on the road to a satisfactory experience.
Our experience with Shenstone Rigid Kitchens was first class.
Our planner was Dave who knew his job inside out and was very much into the detail of things.
We don't know if all the fitters are as good as ours, Kevin, was but his work was really top class.
Are we happy? Yes. Would we recommend Shenstone Rigid Kitchens? Yes.

We are delighted with the quality of the materials and the fitters who completed the work. The whole kitchen is a delight to work in. The drawer system is excellent, gliding smoothly and providing plenty of space. The sales team were very helpful in designing the kitchen layout and the price was competitive.

Absolutely love my new kitchen! From the warm welcome in the shop to the helpful advice, earlier than expected fitting (due to someone else running late) and swift responses to queries. All told it was ecellent value for money. Could not have gone better...so much so I also had my flooring from them. The recommended kitchen fitter & flooring fitter did fantastic professional jobs & were polite & friendly. Many thanks to John and the Team.

I would highly recommend Rigid Kitchens to anyone.Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish.Lots of options and designs for our kitchen were given and explained to us and we were left to make our decisions with no hassle.Any questions or concerns were dealt with quickly.Once we had decided on the kitchen layout and type of kitchen the fitter expertly fitted everything to perfection. He went above and beyond to fit the kitchen, even when we changed our minds last minute on a particular part of the kitchen he made sure it still fitted perfectly. Many thanks.

The company went the extra mile to make sure everything fit as it should, and they weren't afraid to let me know if something wasn't going to work!

Our fitter Chris was phenomenal, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect finish!

We looked around and in our opinion we definitely chose the best. From planning with Darren to delivery and fitting with Spence and his team it was exceptionally well organised and efficient. Without exception everyone who entered our home to plan, prepare and install was pleasant, courteous and helpful with their advice but always prepared to listen. The products are excellent, we are really pleased with the kitchen which is a joy to work in.
Many thanks guys! We have no hesitation in recommending Rigid Kitchens.

The Rigid Kitchen Company had been recommended to us by a couple of golfing friends, so we duly went to look round the Showroom and we made an appointment with Darren, who from the start made us feel at ease.
He did not pressurise us but gave us constructive comments and advice through every element of the design.
When Spencer our fitter arrived to start the job it was obvious that he was a professional in his field. He kept us in the loop with everything that was going on and his attention to detail was superb.
We received the same excellent service from Richard (plasterer) and Nathan (electrician). They all worked together for the end result, that being a kitchen/utility room which looks amazing.
They were all extremely hardworking and polite and a joy to have in the house.
Our thanks to you all for everything.
We will have no hesitation in recommending Rigid to anyone in the future.

Rigid Kitchens had been recommended to us by a friend, so we visited the showroom at Shenstone. From the moment we started talking with Darren we knew this was the company we wanted to fit our kitchen. Our room is an unusual shape but this is the company to choose if you want professional problem solving followed by an excellent fit. We will confirm the positive comments we have read from other reviewers, such as making individual cupboards to fit and all units being well made. Identifying improvements as work progressed, checking with us, and then implementing them in a continuous work flow. Everything was done professionally so you felt at ease throughout the entire process. All of this at a very reasonable price for a stunning finish. Walking into our kitchen gives us joy every time. John and Dawn have created an excellent family company with a brilliant team of designers, fitters and reception staff. Many thanks to all of you.

The whole experience from start to finish was seamless, no hard sell just professional advice from Darren who made the whole thing easy and stress free. I have nothing but praise for Kevin the fitter who did a fantastic job and all fitted in 3 days, such a professional job all round. The quality of the cupboards, worktop and appliances is outstanding...I would recommend without reservation to anyone looking for a new kitchen who want quality workmanship at a very competitive price. Thank you Rigid kitchens.

Great design. No hard sell, just good advice. Super quality units and excellent fitting by Kevin. Would also recommend Paul who did the floor.

From our first contact with John at Rigid to completion of our kitchen everything about the experience has been first class. The cabinets are well made and the appliances excellent. John and his team helped us to achieve the design and look we wanted. The kitchen fitter, Spencer was first rate and solved many little problems along the way - his attention to detail was wonderful. Also the other tradesmen who came to work on the job were polite, tidy and helped to create our wonderful, new kitchen.
Every morning when I walk into the kitchen I think "wow - is this really my kitchen?"
Well done Rigid!
