Ordered a Gamecube soft mod kit.

Wish I had read other reviews before ordering.
Item not supplied no replies from either completing there online form or sending emails.
Do not order from these people terrible company , have contacted my card issuer to request a charge back.

Product delivered in great condition, and the review video was great help.

Received a response but unable to engage in conversation/negotiation over an order placed on 8/1/25. Not reassuring and no delivery date agreed.

Ordered a Summer Cart 64. Was advised after a few emails that it was expected within 1-2 days. Still no shipping date. Made contact via emails and web form but no reply. Can you respond Right Sprite?

Made an order, a month later they emailed that the order is complete, but when I checked the tracking number the order had been unsucsesfully delivered in somewhere in the UK, when I wrote them an email, they failed to respond

Made an order on the website then changed my mind and wanted to cancel it , was zero issues cancelling and had the refund sent to me that same day.
When I came here and saw all the negative reviews of people saying I won't have money back I panicked a little

But the sites legit and had refund no issues , don't listen to the negative reviews because they simply ain't true

Nach 6 Wochen ist heute die Summercart64 endlich angekommen.
Es hat zwar gedauert, aber am Ende hat es doch reibungslos geklappt.

Product arrived in perfect condition, and was fully setup. There was a delay but the seller responded quickly via email, gave me an estimated eta and that eta was accurate.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PERSON

Wish I had read the other reviews prior to ordering. Jason Morgan, the owner and operator of Right Sprite, took £38 from me then failed to send what I paid for. After waiting 5 weeks I requested a refund. Several weeks later I received a response saying one would be processed, but nothing ever came through.

I can't believe he has the gall to show up a gaming conventions when he is straight up scamming people online. Do not trust.

Wish i checked the reviews before ordering.

Place an order 2 weeks ago, still showing as processing, emailed and messaged them asking for an update, no reply at all on any platform.

emailed asking for a refund due to lost in trust, no reply.

will be disputing payment with my bank as its just a scam.

I never got my order, Long story short. I waited a couple weeks for my order without any updates.Then when I text the support about it. They wanted some evidence that the order hasn't already been delivered. But even though I send them some evidence they have never answered me. And I had never got my order

EDIT - Item received end of July. Seller asked kindly for me to change the review so I’m doing so - only fair as I received the item. All this could have been avoided if seller had just answered my multiple emails and Facebook messages

Ordered a Sega HDMI cable at the start of July - the item was listed as in stock. By the middle of July it still hasn’t arrived and the seller refuses to respond through multiple email addresses and on Facebook

I order an item that accirding to the website was on stock at the end of last year. After some weeks passed and I didn't receive anuthing I started trying to contact them. It took a lot of time and insisting to get an answer and they just told me they actually did not have stock but were waiting to have soon. Its now around half a year after and I still don't have my product. I only managed to get 2 replies from them in all this time, always with ambiguos information on when they will have it. I'm trying to get my money refund now with no success at the moment. This is my worst experience ever buying online. They are beyond unprofessional

I ordered a product on 25/04/23 which said “7 in stock”. Once I ordered it, I got an email saying it was a preorder? I needed the product asap, I would’ve taken my business elsewhere if I knew it’d be a lengthy wait.

I have emailed 4 times since for clarification and contacted their Facebook page but have heard nothing back.

It’s really not difficult to respond to an email, it’s unprofessional and lazy quite frankly.

I’m going to request a refund via my bank. Do not use this company.

Should have checked reviews for this one. Stumbled upon the site as I was looking for retro gaming sellers outside of eBay, bought a couple of items which arrived well so had no qualms about using them again. Second time I ordered reflects exactly the other reviews on here, order placed and then nothing, no fulfilment of order and no communication. Tried reaching out via email, social media and their eBay shop but never received any reply. Had to go to my bank to get a refund.

Strange to have two very opposite experiences with this site, can only assume that the owner is very flaky and unreliable. Definitely can not recommend to anyone unfortunately.

Sold Miyoo Mini's that he didn't actually have in stock, nor any way of obtaining. Despite the fact I was easily able to obtain three on AliExpress. That would have been fine if they had just issued refunds, but instead they spent months hiding and refusing to take accountability, answer emails or refund anyone. I wasn't going to write a review but I was astounded to see replies to other reviews where this behaviour is still being defended and justified - well here's a quick lesson in running a business that you need to learn, if you pay your supplier but they don't send the product, that's between you and your supplier. That's just the risk of running a business and it's certainly not your customers problem. Let me explain it in a way you might understand: You know how you bought your Mega Drive Mini 2 on Amazon? Well imagine Amazon never got any inventory, then spent months ignoring you and telling you if you want your money back you'll have to take it up directly with Sega. I hope you can realise this mistake was of your own doing, and treat your customers better in the future.

Product I purchased didn't work and when I attempted to contact them I was first directed to use the contact box on the right side of the webpage but no such box was displayed anywhere on the site so used the email address provided 16 days later and no response not even a automated one which is disgusting AVOID!!!

Order #36231 was placed on 13 July, 2022 and is currently Processing. Im still waiting for my device. you cant give a company anything but, a one star, for that.

Ordered straight away after watching their videos on YouTube. Found it very helpful.item was with me less then one week.Will be back again
