I emailed the company after writing this review and then my order was processed and delivered with no problems. A good outcome but needed intervention from me to allay my fears after reading other reviews. I think that this company needs to rethink their communication strategy but on the other hand I did receive what I had paid for in a reasonable time and in good condition. I'm undecided if I would use them again simply because of their poor media perception. A little unfair perhaps but it was a high priced item.

I am finding it very difficult to make contact with you. I placed an order at the weekend and it still says processing, whereas your website says delivery will be within 2 days. I have had confirmation that the invoice has been processed and now this lack of contact, coupled with the poor reviews on here makes me wonder if you are actually a reputable company. Your published telephone number does not work.

Really BAD. I never had a order confirmation but they got the money from my bank. I was trying to contact them but I never could and when I asked my bank to cancel this payment the next day they send me the purchase much later than they talked and without contact me.
They deliver in a different part of the building that I haven’t access and I never signed and of course I didn’t want it on that date.
And now they want I arrange the back it and pay for that and as I said before I don’t have access to the paquetes and any transport facilities.
Looks like it’s their maners of work.
THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY

I was a little worried after purchasing some furniture and then reading some of the reviews after not receiving any confirmation of my order or an order number. I used the phone number listed and it was out of service as I had also read on reviews. I emailed the company and had a reply within 24 hours to confirm my order and the furniture would be dispatched once cleared. My payment cleared but still no confirmation was sent. I emailed again and had a reply with a order number and tracking number. It took about a week before my tracking number brought up my order and furniture was delivered the following week. All furniture was correct and in order, no damage. They advised me that they no longer have an outlet store and they are now an online company. I have rated them 4 stars as they did respond to each email I sent and I did receive my order although it did take quite alot longer than the 3-4 working days as stated.

This is a fradulent company. They took the payment but never delivered the product. They kept giving false information on delivery.

This has been my experience - ordered a console table, didn't get a confirmation, freaked out, went to check the reviews, and freaked out even more. Contacted my bank to initiate a chargeback.

However, they replied to my email the next day saying it was confirmed and dispatched. I got the item pretty quick (within 2-3 days) and the item was perfect.

For me, they haven't been a scam and the received item was great and pretty happy with it

Purchased an item at the end of May only to be informed it was damaged so they could not send for a few weeks.
I explained I can buy elsewhere so please refund.
I got 1st reply from customer service mentioning a refund has been actioned
Nothing after a week so again sending email after email and getting a few replies saying IT issues but sorted now and refund will happen?
I had to get Paypal involved, and they managed to get my full refund today after nearly 8 weeks ?
I would never use Rightdeals UK as if you get any issues then its not worth the emails / time wasted and hassle If I didn’t buy through paypal I honestly don’t think I would have got my money back You have been warned and cannot wait to see the reply from them ?

I genuinely believe I’ll never see my money back. Had an order for a dressing table (305101), similar situation to the rest of the reviews, order didn’t arrive, refund requested, no sign of that either and very little communication.

The only emails to date are ones with various excuses of system failures and technical problems however after reading these reviews I’ve now lost hope of seeking a refund, I will however report this matter to the police as it is essentially fraud.

I placed an order on 7 July, with delivery timescales of 2-3 days. I received half of my order approx. 4 weeks later and now I have boxes of half furniture in my home. They blamed the courier for damaging the goods that I am missing but the courier clearly told me that they never received the full order and were told to deliver whatever they had. The ‘company’ (if you can call them that!) have stopped responding to emails. The phone lines do not work so there is no other way of getting in touch. I am in touch with trading standards as this is completely unacceptable. They need to be shut down before they do this to other people.

We ordered our bed on 11 July and it still hasn’t arrived and we have not had contact since 4 August. The phone line goes dead if you try to ring and I tried via Instagram but no response. Don’t buy from this site!

They are thieves that will take your money but not send out the products.

After weeks of waiting and emailing (they don’t have a phone line, so can’t even call). They kept saying it’s getting sent out or ‘it’s scheduled to go out today’.

Eventually you get sick of the lies and will cancel the order. At this point they won’t respond to you or refund you.

Further to my last review on 21st July, still no refund received.even after receiving emails promising it would be.I am now going through the payment method that I used to pay for the bed, to try and get my refund back .
This must be a fraudulent fake
company,that needs closing down because all you do is feed people lies.

following your reply -you was given my bank details on the 21st July at 4.24pm after I had to chase you up for my refund,(you did not send me any email request) that was about 2 weeks ago now but you still haven’t refunded me.so more lies!
Just remember I have all the emails .

I never received the chair and they are ignoring my emails and I cant get through on the phone!!! I want my money back or an explanation right away!!!!!!!!!!

My order was placed nearly 3 weeks ago, still haven’t received an email to say my order is on the way- still waiting for my delivery- on the website it said up to 10 days

I placed my order 10 days ago. I have yet to receive my order.

Terrible service, no communications on order progress or delivery details.

I have tried to call a number of times. Left messages and even sent an email. But no response.

If I knew the service was so poor I would have not placed my order. Very bad customer experience.

Updated 3/8/22 - Nearly 20 days now since the Order.

A lady from Right Deals UK called me last week. This is after me ringing the supplier of my item and complaining. Extremely bad customer service from Right Deals UK. No apology for the delay in service or reason given. She however told me that my item will be dispatched on Monday this week.

I am not surprised, the item has not been dispatched. I rang the supplier yesterday and they told me. The supplier company were very nice. First class service.
I have stated my case to them again. They have indicated that they will contact Right Deals UK on my behalf so that Right Deals UK contacts me.

It is impossible to contact Right Deals UK. I am annoyed and disappointed.

If I do not hear from Right Deals UK today, I will be raising a formal complaint with the supplier, raising a dispute of payment with my credit card company, following up with trading standards and also looking at taking Right Deals UK to court.

Purchased a chair for our nursery and was not able to get in touch with customer services following no shipping confirmation. Emails were ignored, no chat function and dead phone lines. Finally managed to cancel the order and was assured by Amber at “get in touch” at right deals Uk that I would receive a full refund within in 7 working days. Contacted amber on 8th working day and was told that there had been a delay. Further correspondence from amber confirmed that the refund had left their accounts and was being held by my bank. I have spoken to my bank who advised this is not the case. I am now having to pursue a refund through my bank, which is extremely stressful whilst heavily pregnant. Please avoid purchasing from this company!

Ordered online and payment taken on the 6th july still not been shipped to me and its now the 19th july, tryed to phone but no one answers sent email no responce had to do live chat, said they would chase it up still nothing will cancel the order if id dont arrive by 30th .

I made an order last week Tuesday ,it says clearly 1-2 days after payment received item will be delivered,it has been a week , money has been taken from my bank , send two emails noo communication back from the company, I find it very unusual that their phone line is dead for a business most of the time the live chat don’t work , if I knew it would take this long with noo communication or customer service line from the company,I would clearly have purchased my item elsewhere, this my order number is 304796 , I would like to know when will this be delivered or I want my Full refund

I ordered a bed week ago but they did not shippe yet , before I order I called them and asked how long it take they said 3/4 days . Only God knows how long it takes to get. If any one order anything from them think twice….
